@ Anh_Minh Galatea: "I can't feel their youki". It would have given us a thrill, if we didn't already knew they lived. Rotten timing.
I don't think it was meant like that... I think she was hiding it to the organization's man, she probably knew they didn't have the time to check... Anyway I don't think the ending is that bad... I've been reading the manga since it came out here in Italy and I already know the story is different starting from Pieta episodes (waiting for the next tankobon to come out! Hope it's November...), but they didn't have the time to tell all of it in 26 episodes so they preferred to end it this way, I suppose... What if they decide for a second season as the story in the manga develops a bit more? |

Well they would have to do something about this ending since it doesnt follow the manga in order to do a second season that does. Plus the manga isnt that far ahead of where the anime left off. Chapters are release like once every month ? So wont be awhile till they have enough material. |

Scene 26 - To the Successors
Getting the details on me first, I'm a sentimental guy and won't deny it. But even a sentimental guy like me felt some void after watching the conclusion to Claymore anime. It's just that the anime direction let things go off too easily.
On the last place I am not very pleased with all the soundtrack scores that got crammed on the last, closing 5 minutes towards the end of the episode, however, I did like the music played when Galatea confronted Rubel. It hints me on that there's more to explore and dive into the Organization. Fortunately, there were several and not just a few moments that made me content with the development for the last episode. Spoiler:
I agree with wrex_japan this ending was satisfying to me only, but lacked needed spice and mix for the substance. I would have granted a higher rating had Clare or someone else encouraged her to make the decision to exact her revenge not as a monster but as a warrior. |

I'm a little disappointed, whats the point of a volcano setting if ur not gonna have a painfully burnt to death by lava death scene?!
wether or not it seems like they set themsleves up for a 2nd season I'm not gonna say. Don't feel like going down that road for time being. On a whole I enjoyed the series, but now I wait for the manga to continue to feed me my Claymore fix from now on

hehe I would probably start with Vol 9 or 10 just to give a little bit of overlap between stuff you've already seen and the point where MH goes a bit, well, mad and diverges from the manga. Then if you liek what you're seeing go back and buy the earlier stuff, keeping in mind it's all stuff you've pretty much already seen. I'm reading the series and still enjoying it |

Oh man this was painful!First of all someone tell Raki to stop crying all the frigging time!Geez dude get a grip! Then there is Priscilla who is equally annoying with her tantrums, denials and false accusations...her and Raki are easily on pair when it comes to annoying the hell out of me!The only good thing about this episode was to see Clare in Uber-mode!Yeah well its ok to let 2 mass murderers live who will to continue to devour some humans just for cause they like guts!!How about NOT!!!
Another thing i dont understand is why Fab4 have to disperse...probably just so they can spend another 30secs of the end filled with beautiful Wallpaper material pictures of everyone....Overallisappointing |

@Guido I would have granted a higher rating had Clare or someone else encouraged her to make the decision to exact her revenge not as a monster but as a warrior.
Well, IF there is a continuation, that is still a viable reason for her to live.... |

Oh my gosh...I am very dissapointed. Raki got Jean killed... WTF! Why do you have to be an idiot Raki and want Priscilla to live? Um...she's gonna eat more guts... OKAY! Whatever... I just don't see what everything was building up for. They wasted a perfectly good opportunity to get some major drama/action in...

well, pretty strong intention for a second season. Pricilla seems pretty weak in this episode. I think the battle should have drag on a little big longer, or at least make Clare have a tougher time or something. They sticked with the manga by making Jean bringing Clare back to normal, so that's pretty good.
It seems like everyone is going to abandon the organization and going to train themselves, and I think (or at least hope) the organization doesn't know the claymores are still alive or not, so basically, it will be like the manga, except a tweak. Overall, 9/10, good episode, but could have been better. |

This ending is so bad! I didn't read manga. I was waiting for the anime to be finished now this! I don't even want to read manga anymore.
For some reason, this series starts to degrade after about 20+ ep. Story just slowly turns into a soap opera. This ending just nails it! It is DBZ II! Clare is a plain character with only vengence as her motivation. Raki is the usually love interest of the main character and acting as buffer as well. He is just so annoying. Geeze, he can't do anything, just all talk. The ending is really cliche. She lost her senses but was pull back by her love one. She did not kill her opponent but show mercy. Unfortunately, this part is done in such a cheap way. Terrible, terrible ending. But I like all other characters and I love Teresa. What a complicated feelings.
