It was good. Asumisu did well. LOL at Hikasa-san doing the VA. Welcome to SHAFT

Fanservice was great. Last scene was a full of feels. Arararagi beetle scene was spot on. Kaiki we missed you. OP (or ED) was moving than the whole show

Wow I think the conversion between Kanbaru and Numachi is probably the longest this series had.

I feel very fulfilled. A lush way to end the summer break and the second season. But it makes me feel sad for numerous reasons.

Well I must move on to post highschool life like Araragi...

Still sad that my favorite girl from the series had to go. At least I got to see/hear her plenty. Asumi kana did a really good job, it wasn't her typical two or three voices and it fit.

All the music was good this time too. Lots of nice tracks I'll be looking forward to hearing in their own.

Oh yeah the OP's probably my favorite out of most of them now. Gotta wait a month for it though :c (Lots of numachi cuteness.)

<points to Crunchyroll> (though you'll have to wait a week to watch it if you're not a subscriber, but they haven't scheduled a streaming date yet)

I just genuinely love this series and all the characters. I watched all 5 in a marathon fashion, yet the time splendidly passed by. If I were to watch 5 random shows in a row, unless all of them were fantastic, I might need a break or two to finish it.

The ending scene with the credits was the perfect touch.

Oh god Araragi's hair HAHAHAHA
If anyone was in need of a haircut, it was him, not Suruga. Let's hope he gets character development soon.

I was happy to find out Kaiki is alive and well, and disappointed Ougi still hasn't gotten his/her (wut) comeuppance. I find it weird he's still going to high school even though Araragi has already graduated.

I've had a hard time sitting through movies lately so I thought watching two whole hours of Monogatari would be difficult, but the story flowed so seamlessly time just flew by. The wait was well worth it.

Now the wait for the rest of the series resumes.

Great monogatari installment.
Some complained about S2 being just fanservice, so they probably like this one since its full of just talk. Though it has some nice Kanbaru butt they can pick at.

Loved the ending, with Kanbaru going back to shorthair status.

The devils arm or leg, I can see.
But I wonder how the devil's ribcage or pelvis bone will help someone 'grant' their wish.

Oh man, I lost it when Kaiki not only grew a beard, but started running full stride

Someone needs to make a gif of that.

Great movie/episode compilation. It dragged a little bit when Numachi was giving her detailed explanation, but even that wasn't bad. Just longer than expected.

Araragi looks like he's aged about 2-3 years since the Sengoku incident, which would've been like... 2-3 months ago at most. Kind of odd.

Really preferred Kanbaru with long hair, but I guess at least she's no longer monkey pawed now.

Monogatari at it's best. 10/10.

I wonder though, was Kanbaru ironically one of those who offloaded her problems to Numachi? If it was Kanbaru's actions that unwittingly led to Numachi's suicide, and Kanbaru forgot it all out of the trauma, then this tale might well be a perfect Circle....
