Well, having decided not to watch the first 2 episodes (cause I hate slow beginnings, and have already played the game). Watching episodes 3-5 was very fun.

First off. The animation in 3 was just damn amazing in term of action.
Episode 4-5 weren't bad at all. I think everyone is noticing the deep scenes (that talk between Arawn and Riannon, Taliesin's harp).

Can someone clarify a few things from the PS3 version?

Ep. 5.

I've decided that someone needs to force feed Morgan a chill pill before taking her out on any expedition that requires stealth. Be it hunting or "sightseeing". Apparently the girl has no concept of the necessity for quiet at those times.

Taliesin is a mystery. Far too disingenuous to be trusted at face value. Not necessarily a bad guy. I just think he knows far more than he wants to admit right now.

I like how Arawn is subtly teaching Arthur the best practices of warfare. And how that Arthur is learning from each of Arawn's lessons. By the end, I expect Arthur to be a formidable leader if he continues this way. Maybe then, he'll be allowed to start collecting his own harem.

Just watched ep 6

Spoiler for Review of Ep 6:

We are introduced to Llyr who has come to surface as a representative of her people to welcome the return of Arawn and would like to become his servant which Arawn agrees.

The group hunts some crabs with Llyr who proofs to be a good fighter. Arawn decides to help Riannon starting a fire by using a empty seal skin. Bad idea. Turns out that was Llyr gown(Who the heck who wear something so weird, somebody call PETA!) and according Ogam whoever burns her gown is now her husband! (Dammit! Another one! Damm you Arawn and also you too Ogam for not telling him about it in the fist place. I wonder what would happen if Riannon burn Llyr gown?

)
And then we go to the next part of the story which i found boring and irritating; Llyr trying to help Limwris & Ermin doing chores. Boring because it's just Llyr being clumsy (And i don't find her being clumsy cute); Irritating because i can't stand her voice. Why couldn't she sound like a normal woman?

The next part we are introduced Octavia(YES!

). She and her troops are led by some fatass Commander to find the Gael tribes hideout. After they found the clues, Octavia suggest they should report this to HQ but fatass doesn't care and wants glory to defeat them first. Octavia was cool for not being afraid of the commanders threats & insults. Ofcourse Arawn scouts manage to find out about their arrival so they plan an ambush near a bridge. Despite Octavia's warnings to be careful, fatass didn't care and led his troops into a trap where Arawns attack them in a forest. As Arthur lead the Gael tribe to the front, Octavia troops decide to fight back. (For a minute there i thought Arthur and Octavia will meet face to face but alas it didn't) After being force to retreat, Otavia leads her men back to the bridge where Arthur chasing after them. (Again i was hoping they meet face to face but it still didn't happen.) Instead fatass, being the coward that he is, destroys the bridge despite Octavia and some of his men where on it. Arthur is rescue by Arawn before the bridges collapses while Octavia and some of the troops manage to hold on the broken bridge but alas they didn't manage to hang on with Octavia being to only one to survive. Octavia returns to base where fatass tries to scold her for defying his orders but she hits him back with his stupidity leading the troops to an ambush. He leaves as he can't stand her while Octavia thinks about her brother.

Next week, the gang goes to a Colosseum where we are introduce to Rathy whose fighting a giant in the Colosseum. Also Octavia comes to the rescue of Rathy and the introduction of pretty boy of the Empire, Commander Lidia.
I still hoping for OctaviaxArthur pairing!

No. I've just gotten lazy enough to wait for decent raws to show up. I've already watched it though, I'm just waiting for MPlayer to finish capping it. Yay Llyr, I dont know about her voice or whatnot, but i always though her antics were hella cute, so i hope theyll be cute in the anime. And yay for Octavia in the preview in ep 5, she and Llyr were my two favorites, Llyr with the edge because i thought she was more useful in battle.

Agree that girl does not belong on stealth missions

. A lot of energy there and your putting yourself at risk when attempting to silence her.

Arthur will be better off by picking up the lessons that Arawn is leaving out there. Has the ability to be an even better leader if he can look at a situation with a cool head. Looking forward to the lessons about how to pick up your own harem

As each episode goes by, Arwan is showing us the mastermind that he is, though lucky him only main characters get their own harem.

Can't wait to see episode 6. Octavia looks to be very much to my liking.

So Llyr is shown at the end of episode 5. This is different from the PC version in which Arawn burns her sacred tclothes and inadvertently becomes her husband. So does that hilarious scene not exists in the PS3/Anime version? I notice a fighting Octavia in the preview. Does the PS3 version also have this? Nevermind. Even if the story didn't really feel like it progressed and was primarily just an episode that introduces 2 new girls for Arawn. Sui... looks at official website Eh?! How did that pronunciation turn into "Llyr"?! ... Anyways... Llyr turned out to just be another wife for Arawn and seems to be the stupid/airhead type. Cute, so OK~ Even if I'm left with (-_-) at how useless she is. But it was a funny and peaceful first half, so I liked it. The second introduces yet another female... Umm, Octavia was it...? Touka position? Guess we need one enemy character betraying and joining the protagonist, after all, huh. Nothing special here, but the action moves as well as usual and is worth a watch.
