So this episode show the following three things:

-4 months had past after the Africa Orbital Elevator Collapsing

-Setsuna is fully recover

-A-los had totally control over The Federation

some stuff that I'd like to know why they're scaning on setsuna again if it's just a normal bullet wound?

I believe that's part of the regenerative treatment.

after 4 months?? it's either a clip of treatment before the time skip or setsuna's wound is worse than we initially thought.

I believe it is actionless episode but it will develop actions to made the next episode had some fights.

So, they're scanning Setsuna again? Well, it could be just to check up on his wound. Why would a true GN Drive particles cause cell regeneration trouble? Isn't that just from Tau Drives?

If you look closely when they give a shot of Ali after he shot Setsuna, you can notice some red particles dissipating near the gun.
