Episode 12 had action, drama, emotion, MIND HAX, pride.. everything, to make it one hell of a episode.
What a great way to start of the episode - Toudou in action was just how i wanted it. The Burai Kai has some great speed also with great force - can't see it being any match for Lancelot, though it at least brings the Japanese back with a fighting chance. Go Toudou~ Since the first episode, this series has had perfect animation - that also goes for the Guren Mark II Vs Lancelot fight. Talk about your over the top action, it was perfect - its pretty certain that we'll see them both in action again, but first we'll have to see those updates done to the Guren Mark II first. There fight for me shall probably go down as the best action scene of the year (just made it in) - so hell knows what there next match-up shall be like. :3 As for C.C., well - there was plenty of emotion there. Also easy to understand that the relationship between her & Lelouch has increased to another level. The way her true name was blocked out.. even the BGM (yes, one of the ones that didn't appear on the god damn OST) was blocked out for that second - genius if you ask me. Suzaku was also on top form in this episode - pretty upsetting seeing the state he was in at the end, though it shall be very interesting to see what kind of outcome we get from this.

It's kinda funny/ironic(not sure what) how Spoiler:
Would've been interesting to see how long Cornelia could've lasted against Karen but too bad that Lelouch cut that short. Spoiler:

Great episode. I didn't think they'd be able to create two high-tension episodes in a row and pull it off, but they did it.
My question here is that will Lelouch now clue in and figure out that Lancelot's pilot is his best friend Suzaku? If he has this knowledge, I wonder what he'll do.

Oh, is it just me or does the CL2 arm attack looks like EVA-02 doing AT field attacks? It even comes with the blocking. |
