Is there enough material to warrant a second season? How many novels are there?
Edit: My bad, forgot about first post. How fast are we going through the novels? I personally don't think 5 novels are enough for two seasons, but I'm not a good judge of that.

I was hoping for 25 episodes..
Anyway for 2 episodes show is good, but I wish there was more interaction in Ichika and Houki's dorm room and her tsundere reactions.

check the youth ordnance bill of tokyo... then you will know who the hell im talking about... its still 5 volumes... but it really did stretch far...

if my lulz serves right, then a single LN can have a 2nd season if the material is shown correctly, and the no. of volumes reach double digits

I consider volume 04 as side stories, and it isn't that bad. I think it's gonna end in the same battle as during the first episode against Silver Gospel.

I'm joining the fray... but I'm not exactly sure how LN adaptions go but usually 24 episode goes about 6 volumes so this should cover the first 3 volumes... and thats being optimistic. Anyway great show so far...

I'm already dying to know which girl Ichika chooses.

Actually it tends to depend on what the author is thinking, if he started with the end in mind etc... but a harem ending is in a way the political option.

Cecil is already starting to get interested in him (she even joined Houki in the ED). Then there's still the three girls who he ate lunch with: Pikachu, green-ribbon twintail and one other girl, which also seem pretty interested and active enough to show it.
It seems there are quite a bit more girls interested in him, but not showing it just yet. We'll see.

Really? I actually think it's a smart choice, though 14 would probably be better. 25-episodes anime tends to have some drop in quality somewhere in the middle (Macross Frontier came to mind).

I won't have any expectation for the romance, but I do hope Ichika would not end up as aggravating as Natsuru. And least Ichika seems to have some backbone.

Anyway, I'm waiting for eye-patched German girl to make her appearance.

also, there are only 6 novels out so probably 3 are animated cuz if they catch up then we'll have to wait foreverr for the original source to go. But allz good i believe because so far the author has released every 3 months

The last volume, was only released in christmas because the author was sick and postponed the release by five months.

And the official website listed exactly 6 DVD/BD releases all of which being 12 eps together.

If it were more than that, plans for 12 DVD/BD releases would have been the case.
