The name of a Rozen Maiden 'chant-like' piece not on the OST
I apologize, because after I registered I realized the Rozen Maiden forum was closed, and one could no longer ask questions there.
During episode six, when Suigintou is first awakened, there is a very beautiful, multi-vocal chant sung in Japanese(I believe) until she is set upon by Bara Suishou for the first time. I remember knowing the name of the song and the duo 'band' that performs it, but I've forgotten. But this song is unearthly and beautiful and kind of scary, and I'd like very much to find it! thank you Last edited by Daniel E.; 2012-02-16 at 00:49. |

Hello.
I like one OST track from anime Binchou-tan, which accompanies Ren-tan (here an example from the video starting at 13:50 http://rutube.ru/tracks/2274140.html). I tried to find it in OST and OP/ED audio disks, but had no luck. They contain all music from anime except this one. Maybe someone know how this track/music is called?

First of all, apologies in advance if this isn't the right place for this.
I know this is an odd request, but I'm curious about the meaning of a song. The song is "Yumegoyomi" (夢暦) by Ayaka Hirahara - lyrics are here. I don't really need a full translation (though that would be very much appreciated), just a general idea of what she is saying, what the song is about, and so on. I tried running it through Google translate but that didn't help very much, and I can't seem to find anything elsewhere. Thanks in advance! |

"black and yellow" sampled an anime ost?
Back in the day, I had a huge collection of anime OSTs. Among all of that music, I swear to God there was a OST instrumental that sounds identical to that Wiz Khalifa song "Black and Yellow".
I think it is from the Record of Loddoss Wars, but could also be pulled from Wolf's Rain or GITSAC. Anyone else notice this? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UePtoxDhJSw |

I know this request is a bit different from the usual sort and no doubt almost impossible to track down, but I'm getting slightly desperate.
It's not anime, although it is an OST. It's folk music, a genre typical for Japanese samurai/ninja/etc films, songs with ambient feelings, or dramatic ones putting emphasis on drums. Stuff like Total War: Shogun, if you know the series. What I know:
I'm hoping some of you might have interests in Japan beyond anime, particularly these historical titles, so please...if anyone knows anything, something that could narrow my search down, I'd be very thankful.

Gundam 0079 BGM song
Hi All,
I'm new to the forum, but I've enjoyed Gundam music ever since I first watched Gundam Wing when it came to the U.S. I'm usually pretty good about being able to find the name of background music for any Gundam series, but this particular one I cannot find anything on. It is from the Original Mobile Suit Gundam 0079 and I first heard it playing while I was in Japan, where I got to see the 1:1 scale Gundam in Odaiba. For this, please watch the video in the link below. The song starts at roughly 2:14. I thought initially that this song was "Long Sleep" from the original OST, but I was incorrect. If anyone knows what this song is, I would greatly appreciate it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F5aLLVjl5vY |
