Nope they aren't a brush, ^^, they're just an effect from a brush and by a fluke they came out from eraser lol... Will post a psd later on about these dusts.

Hmmmm many of the PSD's was lost already since the reformat issue that occur before T.T and I missed those ones.

Though tbh I don't care if you use my PSD's on positive and negative sides I am flattered either way lol....

Ok, technique for the dust...

There is a layer on the PSD where the fairy dust/sparklies lies, simply drag it to your work so that you can apply them....

On how to change the color...

Simply change the outer glow color of the dusts + adjust the hue of the layer... that's it ^^...

No much chance about that, I just came out of a 3 months medical leave because of my left elbow soI had ''time'' to rest, find material and start work on some future works.
