To keep the spirits safe Shidou needs to keep the spirits with a high affection level/no stress.

But if Shidou goes for one of them, lets Tohka for example and impregnates her wouldn't the others get stresss and get back their powers?

Widman has only had 2 real interactions in the novels that I can ID. The first is at the end of volume 1 where it is pretty clear he is the squirrel hugging a walnut and at the end of volume 5. So far nothing has hinted that his goal is anything more then peaceful coexistance with Spirits. And remember all of his talk about killing Shidou was Worst case and not something it seems he wanted. Side note it seems his name on BT has been changed to Woodman.

Westcott seems to be hellbent on exploiting Spirits and it seems he doesn't care too much if they are killed in the process.

It's unclear since they seem to have diffrent things that stress them Kotori does't have the same jealous streak so as long as it doesn't drasticly change their relationship she would likely be fine. Yoshino is a bit more unclear but there haven't been any jealous outburst from her eirther.

Actually, I think the whole pregnancy process will stress Tohka even more. I am thinking if she went into labour, there's probably some small form of an apocalypse going on somewhere

Well, two things would have to happen first. One, this LN would have to change its rating. Second, Shidou would have to convince Tohka that babies don't come from storks.
