Manga 'Plunderer' is getting an anime adaptation.

Plot Summary

It's the year 305 of the Alcian calendar, and the world is currently entirely controlled by "numbers." Every human born is branded with a "Count." This Count can be anything; the amount of kilometers walked, or the amount of people who have said your food is tasty. If your Count drops to 0, you will be sent into the Abyss. After Hina's mother's Count dropped to 0, her last request was for Hina to look for the Legendary Red Baron.

I click on the topic with the title 'Plunderer', wondering about what sort of dark & edgy thing it might be... I get a pastel colored picture of a cute girl with questionable anatomy. By the way, mangaka, if you want to avoid a panty shot then give the girl hot pants or something, this looks like she's wearing diapers.

I'm probably doing it wrong but rather than the manga or the show I'm more interested in the "dakaremakura" poster in the upper left corner. I know what dakaremakura are, but how would this one hug me if his hands are bound? Also, something tells me this manga is not for the kind of audience that would appreciate a poster of a hot half-naked guy in bondage, or am I mistaken?

Read a few chapters way back. Didn't really think much of it other than the realisation that the "Weinstein/Me too" saga has officially ruined the Chivalrous Pervert trope for me forever (as well as the Dirty Old man trope).

I remember reading this: interesting premise, but the story got too deep too fast for me =02. Maybe the anime can better balance that shift in story so I can gradually understand what the heck is going on =02

(Yeah, I haven't gotten around to reading it myself, but I've read Judas, Sora no Otoshimono, Messiah, etc, so I'm a big enough fan of his stories and artworks)

After re-reading manga I don't think 1-cour (obviously) anime will reach time travel arc. Since all chapters are pretty long I bet that it will end with 11th chapter, with Shumerman reading fairy tale as stinger.

Hmm, I think Messiah and Judas were relatively less fanservice? It's been a while since I've read them, but he generally gives me an impression of always mixing fanservice and merciless seriousness.
