Damn that doujin was pretty darn good.

Summary:
Physics-based weapons proliferate regardless of the magitech camp's efforts, culminating in the total destruction of Battalion 108, and the death of Genya. Thereafter, the opposition to adopting combat cyborgs as the main battle strength of the TSAB against the terrorists began to wane.
At the end of the year, at the council that was set to refuse the adoption of combat cyborgs again, Hayate with her like-minded comrades staged a coup d'etat against the TSAB, taking over the reins and installing Graham as the new leader of the TSAB in place of the High Council, getting the TSAB to adopt the combat cyborgs and physics weapons. Empowered by that, she also frees Jail, and gains the tech to mass produce the first batch of combat cyborgs.
But right before, Fate discovers the plot and immediately contacts all the people who were once under her, starting with those of RF6, and stages an exodus of armed members out of Midchilda, among them being Shari, Subaru, Caro and Erio. She also contacts the leadership, and tells them that she has, with some other members, left TSAB in protest of that, and asks for reinstating of the old laws and the release of the council members under custody. However, TSAB's new leadership deletes all their records of ever being in the Bureau, labeling them as rebels and illegally armed fugitives.
Hayate in the meantime starts a new unit in memory of the old Battalion 108, comprising the combat cyborgs, which comes to get the nickname 'Yagami Corps'.

-Frontline-
Fate is calling for a retreat from advancing enemies, when she sees some subordinates flying over for s suicide attack. She decides to join, but Erio and Caro, being selfish, stop her. Her aide then spots the cyborgs making way for someone, and seconds later comes the GN bazooka.

Fate thinks that Nanoha has been threatened with either Yuuno or Vivio, but Nanoha says it's her own choice. This time its Fate with her befriending speech: "Never mind, I'll take my time listening, after I beat you that is!" Nanoha gets her down easily though, real confident about that. Cue Caro+Erio. Nanoha scores them like in days past, even telling Erio that he's got good timing. Then Subaru comes in.

Vita comes in and saves Nanoha, and relaying an order from Hayate to return from battle: "Gimme a break, you think it's fun being soaked in the blood that you cough out every morning? You're never gonna fly again at this rate. You too RH, how many times are you gonna let your master have her back to the enemy?"
At this point, Chrono comes in with his fleet and does a Diethard. He intercepts the communications and broadcasts the news of the secret use of cyborgs to all Bureau personnel, who aren't all in the know. He also calls upon the secession of all armed members to join him and the Saint Church and proclaims the independence of a new state, called the "Saint's Union" from the jurisdiction of the Bureau. And everyone defects.
Chrono then ponders upon whether to crown the head of state. Carim objects, to which Vivio comes in and demonstrates some character, allowing herself to be crowned.

END. An abrupt one too.

Has the artist been watching too much Geass lately...?
