I am dying inside to the see queen in ation, really depending on how fast her mind attacks are, pretty much anyone barring accelerator is royaly screwed.

I would love to see the sister arc, and if I rememer is almost like 5 days prior que experiment with 10032.

I bet Accelerator will be able to knock out the people just with his presence like Aiwass did now he has angel mode.

I think she can be taken down easily if you attack her when she's not expecting it.

I think Kakine would be able to defend himself against her attacks as well, somehow.

Yeah well the onlyh person with a automatic defense is Accelerator, still with how much information she keeps for herself I expect a intelligent person.

I think Kakine has auto defense as well, or at least it seems that way when his wings activate to defend him from Accelerator's flying ATM attack.

also new testament is a title a little overused in japanese anime/maga/videogames, and it migth not be vol 23 per'se, but its most likely not side stories.
