Delorean2200: 8.7/10 Good focus, good artwork, nice facial shot.
ReaperxKingx: 8.8/10 She's cute, I like the half-profile focus. CMHerrera: 8.6/10 It's pretty funny. Nice border. ganbaru: 9/10 She's very cute. Nicely stylized. Hasumi: 8.9/10 Nice blinking effect. Rikka is a cool girl. RRW: 8.7/10 Has good attitude to it. Nicely stylized border. GenjiChan: 8.8/10 Good loop. I'm a bit biased, as I miss your Love Live! avatar.

Come on guys, which part of it suffers from quality issues? The outer border or the whole thing? If it's the soulgem, I don't know how to fix that.
I knew that the outer border was grainy but if I fixed it I would have to cut a frame or two which is what I've done. ganbaru 9/10 Very nice cleaning, if only I could achieve that. Are animations not your thing? I know that my own avatar suffers from quality issues.

darkhalo191: 8.9/10 Very nice scene choice to make a gif out of. I'm honestly shocked I never saw it before.
Your main issue is learning how to create avatars that hit AS' maximum allowed length-by-width dimensions. If you could learn that, you'd be set!

darkhalo191 - 8/10 yeah quality as well.. but considering the number of frames.. it's good.. there are free online that compresses gif out there.... doing it manually frame by frame is torture... as I have experience before..
for Triple R's image, probably the outer frame was shrunk immediately.. so we got those "edges"... a little blurring before shrinking could make a nice difference... |

GenjiChan 8.5/10 I would like to say cute, but she looks like she'll snap the person's neck.
ganbaru 9/10 Nice fade in border and combination of circle and square to form a new border. @Triple_R As GenjiChan pointed out, doing it manually is a torture so I would either give up or go for an unusual (and ultimately, grainy) border and just delete the space outside. @GenjiChan Thanks for the tip on blurring, it looks really good in preview! However, the gif format does not support partial transparency so the effect is lost when I save it as a gif. ): I guess I could blur and then fill in a square at the back to achieve the same effect. I've looked at some compressors as well; I didn't think about them in the first place because my program does something similar, keeping the quality but it made most images bigger in size so I became bias but now I'm glad that I googled them. Although it does reduce the size significantly, I noticed (very) minor quality drops even on the smallest compression values provided. I could use it for myself since I don't really care about the quality of avatars for my own use (which is why I didn't redo mine, I just took it from a site I found to re-time and resize it) but others may and not want them any more. In any case, thanks a lot!
