A-Z Sorting
Haha this may be a stupid question...but...
Recently when i go to open or save a file, the lists are all organized as Z-A. When i open a folder normally it is organized as A-Z How could i change the first one back to A-Z? I have no idea how it got changed in the first place.. |

I have your solution.
When you go to save a file, right click and choose View > Details. Then, click the Name column. Clicking a column once, in general, will cause Windows to sort it that way. If you click that column again, it flips the sorting. Somehow, it sounds like you did this and caused it to reverse-sort alphabetically. PurpleLightning I'd recommend setting up one folder the way you want it, and then going through the folder options and setting the option to have all folders open that way. If Windows isn't remembering your settings, run the usual virus scans and adware scans. If that doesn't turn up anything, it may be time for a reformat.

I used to have that problem in the file-selection dialog box, but I don't remember how I fixed it, or if I did fix it. It's been a couple of OS reinstalls since that incident, and I have not gotten that problem again so far.
