can anyone suggest me a something like lady vs buttler

It depends on what you liked about Ladies V Butlers
You could have liked the ecchi (nudity, panty shots)
Or the harem-like romance
Or just the story itself

If its just the ecchi and romance and comedy then... maybe To love ru or Girls Bravo maybe? or for something more realistic Sakurasou no Pet Kanojo

There isn't much other animes with a story, by story i mean him transfering to another school to become a butler, Oh wait there is a anime where a guy transfers to a school where he is the only boy but thats mecha and idk if you would watch it, Infinite Stratos

If you were looking for something similar to Ladies Versus Butlers, try :

Kanokon : mixes supernatural romance with a bit of action, has the same level of sexual fanservice as LvB

Princess Lover ! : Focuses on romance and ecchi and also shares the elegant atmosphere as LvB. The amount of ecchi is closer as well.

Asa Made Jugyou Chu! : Is the closest one to LvB due to similar amount of ecchiness, comedy and romance.

Kono Naka ni Hitori, Imouto ga Iru! : Shares the same atmosphere as LvB and has romantic comedy antics as well. The sexual fanservice is here but pretty mild, but it looks nice.

then your best bet is probably kaichou wa maid sama, its about a maid and her master, its got comedy and romance in it but because it is a shojo anime there is little to no ecchi

ahmpp......i already watch that anime and i have a dvd of that and that anime is good it is about a girl who is a terror student council president and working as a maid in a maid cafe and the boy is a cold hearted popular with girls....

what's more is that she's hiding her gender to everyone and the protag's helping her hide it. I can't believe no one has recommended this to you yet

Not exactly a butler, but Inu x Boku SS might count? He acts as both her guardian and butler IMO.

oh i actually watched this one. He is my Master, its about these two runaway girls who come to live and work in this large mansion owned by a kid their age and the kid is slightly.... very perverted and throws pranks on the older of the two

I third that. It was really good as a crossdressing romcom, and I enjoyed the heroine's antics as well.
