Here's the translation of the Vercingetorix part, though it's pretty simple stuff.

Vercingetorix Info:
The “V-01S Vercingetorix”, a Knightmare Frame for the use of the head of the Euro Britannian Knights of St. Michael. This frame existed under another name during the time it was under development. It was called the “RZX-2M1 Sagramore”. Sagramore was the name of one of King Arthur’s Knights of the Round Table, and as such was meant to be the name of a frame for the exclusive use of the Knights of Rounds. The one who instructed its development, the former Knight of Two, Michele Manfredi chose his loyalty to Archduke Verance over his position as a Knight of Rounds given to him by Emperor Charles, and so transferred over to Euro Britannia. The still-in-development Sagramore was also decided to be rolled out with its name changed.

Other Info:

-The Vercingetorix’s name comes from the hero of Gaul.

-Also, the “Eques” mentioned by Ganabati in this chapter refers to the Knightmare with a lower body in the form of a horse that appeared in the “Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion” Nintendo DS Game. (So yeah, the DS-only Knightmare was partially the basis for the Vercingetorix.)

-The heads of the Four Great Knight Orders have the same status and authority as the Knights of Rounds, and are allowed to use the same kind of G-1 bases used only by the Royal Family and Area Viceroys.

Basically, it looks like Manfredi was simply an upstanding knight who chose his personal loyalty over his position as Knight of Two. (Too bad such a nice guy was killed by Shin.) And since he "committed suicide", the Vercingetorix was presumably decided to be handed over to the new head of the Knights of St. Michael, Shin. It really was a win-win situation for that guy.

Yeah, Manfredi really was nice person. From his profile, he wasn't discriminatory and actual had interest in those with an oriental background.

You're welcome. As for expanding on the KoR, the article is really coy about that, since when it mentions the other missing number spots, it simply asks rhetorically whether they exist or are vacant. (I suppose they're saving that for future story material should they ever need it.)

Umm, it's kinda already translated, since her name is "Libra". (Remember, the Code Geass series loves putting the name of its protagonists in its titles.) Anyways, not too much info is given on her, besides the fact that she is being chased after by Pluton, and meets with the protagonist player of the SNS game, who is a security guard for a research team team looking into some new ruins discovered in the Middle East at the request of Peace Mark in 2017 atb. (Other sources have hinted that she is connected to both the Geass Order and the Britannian Royal Family.)

This is in order to complete the Air Glide Wings using the latest Britannian Float System as a reference. However, with the only chance to steal this frame being when it is in the middle of a flight test, how will Orpheus tackle this mission?

Highlight: Appearing for the first time in a while, Rakshata has brought a huge mess with the request to steal a prototype while it’s in the middle of a flight test. There, a full-scale aerial battle between Knightmares occurs for the first time in the Orpheus side of Oz. However, to think that the Air Glide Wings (prototype) developed by Rakshata is actually still incomplete…

Hopefully, with Orpheus' appearance here, the two stories will finally start converging more often after their long independent arcs from each other since the first chapters.

-A one-on-one duel between Orpheus and Dasko.
-Kanon, who appears this time, is quite black...or rather, cruel. (His objective is to put Carine in his debt and draw her into Schneizel's faction.)
-Carine's position within the imperial court is delicate. (The distinguished deeds performed at the KMF Ring belong to the Glinda Kings. However, public opinion has not criticized and censured Carine.)
-Although Carine was in volume 3 of the Oldrin side, Dasko was in the hospital due to his injuries from his battle against Orpheus, and so regrets that he was absent during the incident at the KMF Ring.
-At this point, Kanon contacts Dasko and carries out preparations for a duel against Orpheus.
-Dasko fights in the Gekka Alonso, a further improved version of the Gekka Custom. (It has Gloucester-type antennas and Factspheres attached to its head and has a lot golden coloring added to it.)
-The duel itself is Kanon's trap; in reality, he chose Chernobyl as the battlefield in order to shoot down Orpheus with certainty, and has secretly deployed a KMF squadron there.
-A lot of Sakuradite particles have been dispersed throughout Chernobyl and as a result of this pollution, explosives cannot be used.
-For that reason, the Byakuen can't use it's artillery weapons and the Gekka Alonso can't use it's electromagnetic pulse, so it becomes a close combat battle with blade against lance.
-Despite the situation taking a sudden turn when Carine coming out to plead to Dasko as he ends up driven into a corner, Kanon sees a chance and orders Dasko to attack together with the KMF squad he has prepared.
-Dasko is furious at having his duel interfered with like this.
-Orpheus uses his firearms to make the Sakuradite particles explode, eradicating the KMF squad, and uses the Sakuradite negation of his Gefjun Breaker to protect himself as well as Dasko and Carine.
-The event can be summed up with a strange sense of rivalry exceeding enmity budding between Orpheus and Dasko.
-For the second photo novel volume, planned for release in spring, a normal edition and a special edition with a CD drama attached will be released.

Lelouch, or "Julius", only appears in Akito the Exiled, not Oz. You'd have to ask around to see if there is any new info or images on that front.

Here's the translation of the Oz manga spoilers provided by gordol:

-For the time being, it seems there no friction or fighting scene has occured between Marrybell and Oldrin.
-After what happened, it seems that Marrybell is overlapping Oldrin and Orpheus.
-Guinevere gives Calares a sermon over how Marrybell was attacked.
-Calares (at least at this point in time?) is being considerate of Clovis and Euphy, and as such is not enacting forceful policies.
-Due to the recent incident, Marrybell is in the anti-Japanese camp. (And also favors hard-line policies in Area 11 as well)
-Orpheus infiltrates into the same school festival that the Glinda Knights are participating in. (The underground surveillance facility has also been completed by this point)
-However, Orpheus' objective (Nina and her bomb) are already in Britannia and he can't get any clues on them.
-Orpheus is also acquainted with Rolo. (Currently, Rolo's location is unknown, but it seems he is close by on a separate mission, according to Clara.)
-Toto is also a Geass-user. (The specifics about her ability is unknown, but it's an ability said to be the natural enemy to Clara's type that uses sight.)
-Remnants of the Black Knights attack the school. (But what they're doing is robbery.)
-It has just been decided to take on hard-line policies in Area 11, so there is no option of negotiation in the government office.

At the end, it also mentions how Guinevere does not seem to hate the militaristic Cornelia and Marrybell, but she does complain about them in dissatisfaction.
