How many are there in total anyway? I've heard that there are more than 10.

Nope, just ten episodes. Unless you want to include the live action show. XD

The days that episodes 2+ are subbed will be happy days indeed.

Honestly I would think that would take priority over a version 2... the first version was good enough for me. I love shows with dynamics between two main characters like this...

So awesome...

Checked out first volume of the manga... a lot of details are quite different from the OVA.
Anyone know, is it possible to find scanlations/translations?
Or maybe it is licensed?

I think the problem is still a lack of a timer, that or they had no timer for so long they grew discouraged and gave up. They don't seem to have said anything on the issue for a long time now.

I still have this show in the back of my mind. I'll try to get in touch with the other group that started working on this. was anyone even interested in seeing this continued?

it is old 80's/90's style anime, but the comedy is just too over dramatic, I can't help but eat it up.

I love this anime Sadly there was no tv show made for it =/ then again if they still kept in all the violence and swearing I don't think they would allow it for a tv version or would they?
