Well it's a theme Japanese people seem to love. Those lovers crossed by fate, or sworn enemies in this life, will one day meet again and see the spark of recognition in each others eyes- whatever the times and ages and circumstances that separate them. So my prediction is that they will all somehow someday meet again. Perhaps, they will not know... but they will KNOW.

And that will make all the difference.

Haha! That'd be a good scene, assuming Yui can walk. But I can definitely picture that scene near the end. A feel-good end to Angel Beats!

I don't know if they should mention god... Since they discovered that god kinda didn't exist in the 'afterlife'

If they keep their personality but live in an alternative where they have happy lives then I'll consider it recycling and living on, but if they don't then they died.

You do have a good point.....that is when you reincarnate you do not have memories of your life as a soul. I still think they will have some deja vus when they meet.....kind of like I know you but am not sure. I get your point though.

Exactly! Also noticed some of these things in certain Chinese/Korean paranormal movies but point being is yours.......it will be the feeling once again that determines all.

Speaking of works of blasphemous nature, the final episode of the recently finished Ichiban Ushiro no Daimaou also has the main character destroying God... well, The System. Is this a trend?

*resumes* ENGRAVE THE MOEBLO-- nevermind. It isn't as fun when I have to do it a second time. :/

Basically this episode was the epilogue for all the battles. Next episode will wrap everything up as neatly as possible. On that, I think if they were too redo the anime over it would be prudent to watch the pacing this time. I enjoy the humor and the characters, however... The pacing definitely kills some of the fun.
