KoRn (2005)
Duran Duran (2007) The Cure (2008) The Police (2008/2009?) Pendulum (2009) Sting (2009) Loverboy (2010) Earth, Wind & Fire (2010) That's in order of when I started listening to them. As you can see I have expanded my musical preferences greatly since I was 13.

As for The Cure, they're pretty amazing. Although I'd call them Robert Smith & The Cure since they've had so many member changes over the years it's rediculous. But like with their member's, they have created so many different sounds like like someone blended 3 or 4 different bands together and made The Cure. As for the rest, Loverboy is a great Canadian rock band, hope they continue to make music. Duran Duran is coming out with a new album beginning of next year. The Police were short lived but quality over quantity and I sort of see Sting's solo stuff as a continuation of the band's work and I hope he continues to make new music as well. Just started listening to EWF and their last album released back in 2005 so I hope maybe they will continue to make new albums if they are up to it.

Yea I wanna hear more new material from them lol. I'm not the kinda person who just listens to a band's most popular stuff, I like to listen to it all if I'm interested in the band

Gorillaz
Coheed & Cambria Steely Dan Arctic Monkeys Fightstar Coldplay Muse Biffy Clyro ...to name but a few. However, I felt a bit restricted as it was just 'bands'. It would be different if I could list solo artists and the like. |

You can list whoever you want. Just because he or she put "band" in the thread title doesn't mean you can't list any music artist you want. They just weren't as specific as to say "Who are your favorite music artists?".

As for me, I'd also mention Radiohead and absolutely stunning danish band called Mew (though I'm pretty sure there's no one who loves such kind of music).
