Absolutely, in terms of sheer hotness, I would give it to Mitsuki from KimiNozo. Think about it; shes financially independent, athletic, has a killer body, and takes initiative in her relationship even in the midsts of her wishy washy significant other o_O;.

To me, hotness is 80% looks, but 20% spice; the personality has to exude some sort of assertiveness. If it werent for this criteria, I would probably have picked Miharu from Girls Bravo as well, because of her gentle personality, and (especially in the manga), of how absolutely beautiful she is.

The same criteria also putss Haruko from AIR very high on the list as well, as well as a heapful of tsundere girls.
