I would be instead suspicious of the sudden events. "there is no way a cute girl would be interested in me" mentality would kick in

I would definitely think that their is another reason for her approach to me. The same thing Haru thought in episode 02.

Chiyu did that to make things stay the same. She likes it the way that the 3 of them would stay friends.

Finished the first two episodes and i like what i see so far. At a glance it seemed like your typical geeky boy gets picked on in real life and finds solace in videogames and a mysterious power allows him to gain self confidence. However, this series has the potential to much more than that. I also happen to think its pretty damn pretty to look it.

Love the confession gone wrong oh man poor guy had no clue what happen. but that alone will make him super popular because he "technically" turned down the most popular girl in school. I knew there was something up with that scene because she had her hand out but then he went on with self loathing and she retracted her hand. I knew that was going to have some type of symbolism later. But i had no idea that was going to happen. Plus we have the potential love triangle with the events that happen at the end of episode 2 which should prove to be interesting.

Im pretty addicted already for only 2 episodes

I am hoping his character design now isn't his "true self" that it's just a representation of sorts. And once he finished his journey we'll see that he fit in better than he thought.
