Gundam Seed was the first Gundam series I saw. However I heard of Gundam before and had model kit, and I thought Gundam Seed is prequel to main Gundam Series ( since it was named seed )

No its not, the calender not even called Universal Century
You should watch Universal Century series its the 1st and its as classical as watching Transformers G1 and Macross (since remake like Micheal Bay's TF movies can't beat the classics).

I know that now. I was just confused with the title of show ( Seed ).

After that I watched MSG, MSG Zetta, CCA, Unicorn, Age, WIng and recently X. I am not sure whether I would complete ZZ. I also watched last episode of 08th MS team.

ZZ is still an important canon.
1. why haman didn't appear in CCA
2. Marida's Orgin in Unicorn(mostly)
3. Neru Argama
4.How did the Axis is in Feds hands before char took it.

man 47 episodes just for that? kinda sad really.besides i could never take it seriously felt more like a side story to me than any thing else.

i have doubt about that, its a sequel to 0079 and Zeta gundam which are still considered the best in the franchise, ZZ goes completely different way (tone/style) after Zeta, pretty much ruining a couple characters Bright, Yazan, and to an extent Haman. Destiny just plain sucked by the end and the CE wasn't that well developed era/story as an AU anyway especially compared to the Early UC.
also I really liked Zeta so ZZ just kinda hurt watching considering that Elle was Flying in Emma's MKII and in one episode MKII got its butt stuck in a transport tunnel =/.

To me I think Seed made a good return for Gundam during the early 2000s, and while it referenced some plot points from the original 0079, I think what made it different was that the protagonists were forced to face "gundams" from the beginning.

Probably to imply that Kira Yamato is the most skilled Gundam Pilot of all differentt series . ( Even though Mwu was a New Type he could not do much damage with Mobius Zero ).

Well, off screen, Mu shot down several Ginns, which is impressive by itself (considering that he is still against Coordinators). Because remember in the series, he's mostly confronted by Rau, who we know is slightly superior, or in MS, he has the better mech.

Well I found ZZ to be enjoyable, just read the plot for the first few episodes, then start watching when the war with Neo Zeon starts in earnest, then it gets good

Also the new pilots somewhat sucking I actually liked, it just showed how badass the older pilots were

Who knows, maybe Mwu actually isn't human and can breathe in space .

Perhaps what saved him was whatever protected Kira from the self destruction of the Aegis
