If there's an episode that really shows Kai means business, it's gotta be this one.

Near the end of it (god, I hate that clock in the upper left corner!), I was so sure the Zarbon finale was gonna be left for next time...but then BAM! Vegeta sneaks it in right before the ending credits! What a way to close it out. Friggin' beautiful.

I always respected what a crafty, sly bastard Vegeta was to pull that off, but I guess a lot of it was Freiza and crew being a little slow on the uptake. After all, when you can blow up planets with a single finger, I guess brain cells just aren't in high demand.

Yeah you're right about Vegeta, and he's truly at his best during this part of the story. Such a treat to watch again.

Yeah, just watched it myself and that might've been the best episode yet.

And the Saiyans' ability to get stronger after recovering from a near death encounter has got to be the most useful ability out there. Vegeta's power rises so much on so many different occasions throughout Namek because of it.

And speaking of him, boy does he looked pissed off in the preview. That'll be fun.

Hm, today's episode had most of it spent of Vegeta meeting Krillin and Gohan. Damn I love the little coincidences in this part of the show.

Next week: Ginyu Force...and Goku reaching Namek at the end of the ep I hope! Though that might be too fast.

Yeah that's a bit to fast. It shouldn't happen then. Next episode should be spent on their introduction, the first fight with Guldo, and then have the Recoome fight at episode 29. Goku should appear at the end of that.

Didn't Krillin kill 3 Saibaman? There were 6 to start with, Vegeta blew one up, Yamcha got blown up with another, Krillin flipped out and killed all but one of the remaining ones, and the last Piccolo killed.

Edited! Thanks for the corrections! I got mixed up with which Saibaman Vegeta took out. Thought it was one of Krillin's prey, not Tien's.

If DB Kai were a fantasy league, Vegeta would totally be the first pick in the draft.

I also find it funny that Krillin of all people is right up there in kills. Not exactly the guy you picture having a killing spree, but there it is...albeit, most of his victims were total chumps.

For some reason, that doesn't really interest me if he still has the same moves I'm sure some will be happy and others will be turned off by it. I'm just neutral on the matter, so I just shrug my shoulders

Sorry for being a bit off topic here, but does anyone know when they're planning on using an new OP and ED. I have to be honest I've never really liked the new ones for kai too much ( maybe it's because I compare it Head Cha La, one of my fav Openings of all time) so I can't wait until they change it. Logically if they didn't change it until now it means their saving it for the Cell saga although I was hoping one would be dedicated to the namek saga alone

I don't think there is any confirmation as to when they're going to change the OP and ED but my guess is maybe after Goku turns Super Saiyan? Of course I'm just guessing so I'm not so sure. I actually really like the new OP and ED, they're actually pretty catchy.
