Ed from Cowboy Bebop. She was just so out there and random and she's one of the main reasons I love the series so much. Spike can burn in hell compared to Ed. :fingers:

Racer X all the way! He was the first character I ever saw who embodied the stoic/sentimental ideals so important to shounen anime. The way he watches over Speed Racer (who is probably his estranged brother) even to the point of sacrificing his life in that volcano... (***sniff***)

Aoyama Motoko from Love Hina because

I admire / like her
She beautiful
She has a strong sense of justice
She very devoted to whatever she does
She dresses cool
she is one of the most developed characters in anime, meaning she goes though some dramatic changes

Gotta be the Vash the Stampede!! Check out the angst behind all that slacker facade... Hmm... coolest thing about him, at least IMHO, is his belief that there is HOPE out there, no matter how, er, 'hopeless' things may appear at the moment

And it helps that he doesn't take himself too seriously most of the time, unlike some protaganists who have a holier-than-thou attitude

My fav female character will be... Chidori from FMP

!! She's so kooky but believable, you kinda think you might just bump into someone like her in RL

... minus the blue hair of course

Gotta be kenshin, or the hitokiri battousai, they're sorta the same person, but they're two extremes, protective and kind, and murderous and powerful and can kill anyone. You just gotta love that.

Natarle from Gundam Seed, no question. She was just such a great character, and interesting to watch. She seemed more human than a lot of the other characters in the series, as she wasn't some super-powered kid like the main characters. She was a good person, just confused about what she wanted and what side she should be on.

Well, I really loved Futaba, Yuusuke and Midori from Green Green.

Futaba was so mystic and at the same very cute. Midori was very cute also, and kind. Yuusuke was kind too, perhaps too kind? Well I liked.

And oh, forgot to mention Futaba's great kicks.

Mine has to be Fujima Kenji from Slam Dunk!!!!! Becoz he's handsome, smart, rich, nice and he is sssssssssssssssoooooooooooo fantastic at basketball!!!!!!!! I don't want anything more...man if i could get someone like Fujima as my boyfriend, i would never let him get away!!!!!!!

also, i love absolutely everyone from FMP!!!!! that's right, EVERYONE...including that Garu or Garle evil guy, he's pretty cool, he doesn't die kekekekekekeke!!!!!!

Well mine is pretty obvious, Shinobu from Love Hina ofcourse.

Why? well because she's sweet and caring. There's something about her that is attractive, something special that can't be explained.

second is Ayu from Kanon,

That's because if you see the whole series you might understand why.
Also the same with Shinobu I think it's this way because there's something that reminds me of a past thing plus I'm a sucker for cute and lovable girls

Third I think Alucard from Hellsing.

There's my violent side. He dresses awsome, he acts cool and well, he has something other guys don't have. It's his coolness that makes me feel happy about

mecha tama 3....go!! Also, Alucard, simply cuz he's so coowl... and ofcourse there are loads of other characters I realli like too, duh ^^

I honestly have no idea. Not at all. I'm still trying to think even now but I've never been good at remembering characters.

They really need to stand out, but even then those that do weren't necessarily favorable anyway.

So, to make this post a worthy contribution I'd just say the girl from Black Lagoon, the latest title I've been seeing on TV. Her expression is priceless when she starts shooting, that alone is a chosen one in my book.

She seemed more human than a lot of the other characters in the series, as she wasn't some super-powered kid like the main characters. She was a good person, just confused about what she wanted and what side she should be on. Spoiler: Her death was extremely sad, because, she didn't really want to be fighting Murrue and the Archangel in the first place, just following orders like she was trained to do. At least she redeemed herself though, by taking Azrael with her and letting Fllay and the other crewmembers escape. Some other favorite characters: the entire Nadesico cast- They're just too damn funny. ^^ Washu(Tenchi)- Again, she's hilarious Athrun(Gundam Seed)- Not exactly sure why I like him, he's just a cool character.
