Fate/stay night Game discussion (Warning: Spoilers)

is there a secret ending in the game? I have seen a pic somewhere of someone mentiong the following : (Secret Ending!?) than follows by a series of pictures of Saber.

I can describe the pic, here it its:

he says the problem's with the installer, at least 80%(at least he thinks it's 80%) an error would pop out....of course, he can't translate what the error was, but.....you think it's in the installer?

Corrupted file maybe Xy-chan? I mean once a game is in the installation phase it usually just keeps going until its finished. I think you have a bad/incomplete/corrupted file.

I also had the same problem. I found out that it was because the third disc was corrupt. I just downloaded the third disc separately off the net and used it instead of the one that i got before. It worked perfectly fine after that.

i have that same problem but no one cares to tell how to fix it once they find out for themselves... can someone please post what needs to be done to fix this problem?? i spend like a month downloading this game... (5.6gb version plus internet speed down under is slow...)

ok believe it or not i went tru the ENTIRE thread... and on page 41 i think, i got my answer so ima try applocale (luckily already had it for back when i played Ragnarok 2 beta) and yeh thanks to all u guys for ur constant input in this thread, specially iamandragon for bein here from what looks like the start of the thread. anywho my posts are too long...

ok fourth post in a row (sorry all) but the game still crashes when i try to save
i used applocale and chose the bottom language (jap) but yeh it crashed when i tried "Save&Title"

heres a screenies of the problem (im uneducated in whatever is happenin...)

this is when i click "Start" from the main menu:



this is when i hit the "Save&Title" button from the right click during the game:

help is greatly appreciated, and i hope its not sumfin obvious that is wastin ur time...

There is an english patch out for one of the series (fate route I think). (Google > Mirrormoon)

Also, since this game was out awhile ago, and if you are using vista... there could be problems since it was released wayyy before vista came out.

I doubt it's a vista problem because I've tried it on both Vista Basic and Premium edition with no problems.

There's a 5.6 gb version??? Wow! I have a version that is 1.98gb.. hmm...

Anyone know why there are diff versions with a huge gap like this? Any advantages/disadvantages?

I guess it's not a vista problem them... scratch that.

You're lucky you only have to browse through 41 pages...try find a picture in the image thread(actually the problem is not as severe as the Nanoha Image thread, but it's still bad enough...8 hours and I'm still clueless...)I can't help you but have you chose the right language setting for AppLocal?

Fate/Stay Night and FHA are two separate games? I thought Fate Stay Night was the primary game, and then they have the Fate route, HA route, and UBW. (This is what I think.) Exactly how many stand alone games are there?

I know of Fate/Stay Night and Fate/Hollow Ataraxia. I'm pretty sure that theres also a novel called Fate/Zero.

So there are TWO games: Stay Night and Hollow Ataraxia? The latter being about 6gb?

Well, my Fate/Stay Night is 1.5Gb and my Fate/Hollow Ataraxia is 2.66Gb.
Is yours an image file? Because if it isn't then it might just be a collection of the files that are placed on the computer after installation.
