Thanks to everyone for answering my questions! It all makes a lot more sense now!

I also watched it again and realized that since Takano was already pointing the gun at the Club, there was nothing they could do to stop her. Trying to grab Mion and run away with Takono only 15 feet away would've just gotten someone shot immediately.

As an aside, the arrival of the Banken was quite Awesome!
