Take a pic with a digital camera, then upload it to your website of choice.

http://www.imageshack.us is probably the most popular one,
http://photobucket.com is also a good choice (more streamlined IMO, but requires registration and the transfer cap is lower)

Or, if you don't have a digital camera, scan in an existing picture and upload it to one of the aforementioned sites.

Well, the whole point was to be me doing the "ENGAGE!" pose. My friend added the text when I showed her it.
