(L) Shokugeki no Soma [Manga]

not a bad chapter... I expect a Megumi chapter in the next...
then it would be super interesting to see how Souma and Erina would cook together to match Saiba... My ship is on full speed!!!
I really like the concept when the sous chef must improvise to match the head chef
considering how Erina always despise Souma's cooking (and Saiba's cooking automatically also despised then), I would expect Erina would put a balance in those two overcreative chefs

I'm not really not sure of Erina's reason for blushing there. It has something to do with the preparation of the ingredients, but what exactly is it?

And Gin and Jouichiriou are both doing something differently from the original recipe? Takumi and Megume were able to follow along, but I wonder if Erina and Souma can do it, too?

Do we need any more crack ships? The only thing that can top that Saiba/Erina crack pairing is Azami/Saiba or Azami/Erina........Takumi can be just shipped with the mezzaluna for all i care.

Takumi is one of the most popular characters in the series. And we haven't really seen him cook since the stagiaire. This is the best time to have him show massive gains and regain his standing.

Who said we couldn't talk about shipping in this thread because right now you're doing a below average job at keeping that rule afloat. Shipping debates will always appear out of lack of interest for discussing the actual story and because there isn't an actual thread to dump all of those filler posts in. Anyhoo, back on topic, while I did like Takumi's flashback of the staigiare reflecting his frustrations and stuff, I feel this would've made a bigger impact earlier in the story. I wonder if we'll see Megumi's too.

Erina's blush towards Takumi. Blushing at Jouichirou was fine. But now Takumi?
Looks like we will be getting a new doujin soon where we have Erina happily getting 3 of her holes being penetrated by Souma, Jouichirou, and Takumi soon.

Looks like Takumi can finally gain a win (despite not being 1vs1) against Souma in the current practice match.

For me, it is hard to excited about Megumi and Takumi's growth when they still haven't/can't beat at least 1 elite 10 members by their own. And the writer knew it and that is why he created a team shokugeki so Soma and Erina can carry their asses to victory.

But yeah, some scenes from Soma's stagaire would be great.

I'm a bit torn about who I want to win in this battle. On one hand, I personally like and think the team Yukihira-Nakiri to be stronger skill-wise. On the other hand, Team Gin have better Teamwork. Plus the fact that Team Gin winning meant its the triumph of teamwork vs skill which is a very good foreshadowing that Team Rebel will win against Team Elite 10.

Its a bit tricky to find a team to root for.
