It might have been hit in the head but it looks like the strike missed the mask, which is why I called it far fetched, but it still is possable as there would have been massive changes in her shape if they are the same hollow. There hasn't been any information that links Nell and Aizen nor does it sound as though Aizen had a hand in all the anacarr ever made he just helped make it a lot easyer. My guess is she is a natural anacarr and the scar is from what cracked the mask in the first place.

The mask used to cover Nell's face. All hollow masks cover the face. A strike to the face could not have missed the mask. It looks like after the mask was partly removed, it was pushed up onto her forehead.

Which is why I said head not face. The strike went all the way up the right hand side of the MG but was too far to the right to hit the mask.

While this is true for all normal hollows it might not be for MG as they are not a single hollow but rather large groups of hollows merged together

Kagato3 has put forward a god theory if indeed Nell is that menos then we have to see the power of his Ceros in Arrancarized form . In menos form it was pretty damn powerful so we have to see .

But that menos looked to Dumb I mean Nell is pretty intelligent and has a Personality ,that menos did not . Also is it not possible that maybe Nell Ripped the mask herself/himself ? . And there were arrancar before even Aizen ,arrived in HM , Hollows/menos intelligent enough to rip their masks Like Grand Fisher

that's gotta be one awkward situation for ichi. Even though nell look a a 12 years old, she gotta be as old as rukia....or even older. I don't think nell's attraction to ichigo has something to do with love. It seems like nell is looking up to ichigo as a big brother.

personally, i think it'll be cool if nell can live with ichigo's family after all these commotions are over. She is such a sweet girl. i think she will get along with karin and yuzuu just fine....

on the second thought......it would get pretty nasty if the three of them trying to win ichigo's attention. karin and yuzuu will get into trouble if they fight with nell.

Strangely I find Nell way more adorable than Yachiru .. Hope Nell is not abadoned once Hm arc is completed . Abandoned as in dies or left back .

She would make an fine Edition to Kurosaki family . They are all loony she would surely fit in . Nell in Ichi's Closet

Well, Nell is a natural cutie, whereas Yashiru was a forced one. The time she showed her serious face killed her cuteness, at least for me.

it's NOT natural for someone who could well be much older than ichigo's granny to act like a loli and look up to him as a big brother. hell no. i say this for both nell and yachiru. nell is definitely cuter, but seriously cuteness and boobs don't do shit for the plot so why bother one looks or bounces. this is shounen fighting no, power and strategy = everything. yachiru could look like a warthog for all i care as long as her captain is still the madman and her 3rd is still near captain class. with nell i just want to see her kicking arse. she cannot afford to be a mere gillian, or imperfect natural arrancar if she is to pack a serious punch. her brothers do not want her to venture deep into las noches. it's quite likely that aizen indeed had a hand in her creation.

It's not that I don't like Nell, but I wouldn't cry if she'd drop dead in one of the next chapters

I don't know but while watching bouto arc Ichigo stopped being main character for me :P and now that we get some Nell, Ichigo will get into someone's shadow even in manga XD
