Not a manga/anime where the main character turns good at the end or a main character with some sort of ideology.

something like:

Goth: Main character obsessed with death and serial killings.

Shamo: Main character knifed his parents to death.

Desert punk: Main character is selfish and a maniac

Golgo 13: first-rate assassin, chooses and kills his target indiscriminately.

Ichi the killer: main character gets hard on gore and brutality

These MCs all have something in common; the have no regard for human life, and they don't want to "change the world"

Code Geass' Lelouch and Death Note's Light come to mind.

You could try Murciélago. There aren't that many chapters out, but the MC(which is a female) and story progression feels a lot like Desert Punk, so I'd imagine you'd may like Murcielago in the same vein as that series.

Didn't both of them want to "change the world" in some way? OP says they're looking for a protagonists that don't want to.
