You can't just learn it overnight. Probably you'll have to take a specialized course for it. Of course you can try to learn it for like HTML and such from like tutorials online and such, but that's up to you and it can seem hard at times. Personally I'm just learning it myself, though i've practically given up on it and moved on to C++ and such. Learning Japanese is the same. Personally if you want to learn Japanese, try thisbook. I use this one, and I find it 100 times better than that crappy Rosetta Stone crap.
