Is this going to be a new series or something that's more like a spinoff? If yes, then, a thread will be created.

Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann - Guren Gakuenhen manga is out and has been translated into English text. I am wondering if it is ok for me to start a new thread or a mod start a new thread dedicated to this new manga? Also is it ok for me to provide the link to the translated English version as well?
