Chapter 4's image is of the other two sisters. Apparently the next battle ends in the Norn's favour, with the Baby Magnum severely damaged, and Quenser is captured after a botched disguise attempt in the aftermath. Mention of a character named Sigurd.

The setting is the artificially suspended floating island Second Venice located in the Mediterranean Sea. The Information Alliance idol elite who was held back from doing a swimsuit live performance “Ohoho” is teaming up with the Legitimacy Kingdom’s 37th Maintenance Battalion for an operation to shoot down the satellite weapon “Supernova” causing rain to pour down non-stop on a midsummer resort spot. Appealing to join them on the operation is the pilot Elite who was rescued from Councilor Flide; the 12 year old girl Catherine Blueangel. As part of her wish to retire from being an elite, the Civilian Acclimation Support System has assigned her to work with Quenser.

The blonde braided Catherine is shopping for swimsuits with Quenser, whom she yearned for as her “Onii-chan” with a relaxed mood. However, several successive sudden events cause a change in the situation! As disaster relief efforts start in the destroyed Second Venice; in the middle of those seven long days the story begins!

The preview has been translated. Basically has most of what the summary told us, plus Quenser, Heivia and Catherine going to save an Information Alliance astronomer from an armed group. And Kamachi is already reusing characters as he mentioned last volume, because Myonri appeared again. The usual chapter system isn't used in the volume. Since the preview has part of Day 1, I wonder if we'll get seven chapters, given that the summary mentions the story lasts seven days.

“That sly old man has nothing to do with this, so calm down. Do you remember the Pilot Elite he raised like a protégé? The one for the Exact Javelin.”

The two idiots exchanged a glance and gave their answers.

“Oh, you mean that one that rose up from its underground base to say hello?”

“No, you moron. It’s the one we fought on some test grounds overflowing with nature.”

Good way to handle that in a funny way, Kamachi. So the anime's Exact Javelin is confirmed to be the Object used by Flide against the 37th, but Quenser and Heivia can't agree where they fought it, mentioning both the novel and anime's events. They do remember Catherine, though, as expected of them.
