I wonder if they're gonna give Vegeta his red hair tint throughout the whole series, it looks awesome

I hope they don't drag out the Gohan training scenes (if it was dragged out), that was extremely boring

I too am anticipating the MAKANKOSAPPOOOOOOO

Hm....I like DB, but I really don't want to watch the same ting again. So far the new things are music, OP, ED, and mid-way point. Everything else is the same except for some scenes taken out here and there.....

You do know that there's going to be a lot taken out right? All of the filler and such.

Is there a fansub group doing this that is releasing HD episodes? I know for episode 1 there was an HD torrent out there, but for Ep 2 all I've found are Suppiido subs which don't seem to be HD quality.

I'm also guessing that this show really isn't aiming to the audience that has never seen DBZ. I feel that this series is for the fans of the original that had to suffer through some of the more dragging fillers.

On another note, Kai feels so nostalgic because it's bringing back all these old memories, I'm actually pretty excited to see what little subtle changes they make to the more important arcs. Hopefully we get a more epic scene for Goku's first transformation to Super Saiyan. Can't wait for that.

Kenji Yamamoto is composing the score for Kai. He's worked on a lot of DBZ video games in the past, along with scores for some pretty well known Nintendo games.

Gotta tell you that they're two different people, with of course the DBZ game score person being the correct one.

Vegeta's red hair was a colouring mistake in the beginning (I'm surprised they didn't fix it) anyway as for Gohan's training scenes if they keep up with the 3 chapters in an episode rate, even in between the large fights then let's just say half of the Z-senshi will dead by episode 10, in the fight against Vegeta/Nappa.

Chaozu going kamikaze on Nappa, since he was actually one of the few that couldn't be revived by the dragonballs (at the time, at least...it was later discovered that Namek had different rules on that). And here I was thinking that midget clowns getting blown up would've been funny.
