Loving this series so far, not particularly deep or anything but good fun. The costume changes in ep.5 were great, but the coke explosion at the end was hilarious if only for the use of the model shot.

The Amuro and Char joke was awesome in episode five. Do wonder if they actually got Tohru Furuya to voice the Amuro character, or if it was just a good impersonation.

No, that was Sugita Tomokazu's impersonation, I think.

I believe you're thinking of the Char character, not Amuro. It was easy to tell it's not Sugita voicing Amuro.

Nah, both Amuro and Char are played by Sugita (then followed by Mr. Salt—Shioya). He and Kamiya Hiroshi did this in the 44th episode of Sayonara Zetsubou Housou.

Ah not much else to say...Shinbo randomness and all.

Coulda done without three of those ending bit gags between the two gals that haven't been properly introduced, but ah well. Hajime acting like...that...while dressed up was about as disturbing as it was funny though.

Wait a minute... if Kaya can only connect with females, and Kaya went back in time with Jun, then that must mean Jun is female.

But if Jun is female, then why didn't Arashi and more importantly Hajime notice it when she was naked during the time she was changing?

Meaning that Maka, who traveled with her in the first episode, is a female?! How could that be?! ... Even though pretty much all viewers have already figured that out, because it was so obvious and the OP even shows her with long hair. Anyways, plenty of moe, references, and Shaft-like visuals brings out a good and funny episode. Kind of surprised this anime can do both serious and comedy so good... By the way, the bath scene with Maka... When she opens the door, a leaf hides her, but in truth, if you can stop on time, you can see her completely naked before the leaf covers her up! Give it a try... fuhihi... And what was that strange light mosaic thing during the second bath.......... Seriously... Don't try Mentos and Coke yourself... And her punches are pretty cool too, (referring to the part where both Arashi and Kaya were clapping) At the end they also used a real paper/wood made house and filled it with coffee haha. __________________
