Is it? IIRC, the news about it being pulled from the market is also speculation from fan observation. For example, the books is still being sold in my local kinokuniya. Personally I'm also convinced that the series is discontinued, but there's been no official word from MF bunko or izuru yet. In fact, izuru once wrote in his twitter "how cruel of you to make rumor that I'm fired from mf bunko when that is not the truth".

Izuru will be releasing IS along with a new series. He posted it on his blog as well. It will be published from Kodansha. He said he has confidence in it. Because of that he's saying he will be busy. Here's the quotes from his twitter.

i hope this isnt another troll with vol 8 being the last LN so that he can concentrate on the new LN that will be such a half-assed conclusion.
