That is the best news I have heard so far in 2010!

... I just don't know where exactly they want to end? It's not like the manga had a finishing point before going on hiatus.

Bumped the manga thread with this recent announcement.

Whoever handles this adaptation had better put some major effort into it. Sato's unique visual style can easily be butchered if done poorly, plus all those action scenes are going to require a good degree of animation.

As for the manga, I hope they just start ending it soon so at least the anime won't be forced to wrap things up (*coughTokkocough*).

Great news, I started reading it some time ago, but stopped at some point. Maybe I'll continue now that there's coming an anime adaption of it.

Oooo.... now this is some really great news!

Very much looking forward to this, as long as they create a truthful adaption (and not an atrocity like what Shinbo did with Dance in the Vampire Bund)

Woh. Certainly didn't expect the manga to resume anytime soon.

This has the chance to rock. Here's hoping.

It better be a studio that can keep up with the gore. Something like Madhouse or IG. Otherwise, I am glad that the manga continues!
