Haruna sure was enjoying herself as a sensei.
That perverted slime was totally doing fan service.
Dai sensei sent them on a nice little trip in Ayumu's mind.
All the bad versions of Ayumu were pretty cool looking ^^
Bayumu sure had a nice look going.
Eu vs Bayumu.
That was one interesting fight.
Pretty cool final episode.

That's because they're probably going to pull a Haruhi on us and tie everything together in a movie properly, at least, I hope so.

In any case, I rate the last episode as a 6/10 - Average. For one thing, I have to praise them on getting in as much as they did into the last episode, however the episode admittedly felt very 'meh', though It was to be expected. I think the author is aware of this and I fully expect this to be resolved by a movie as I don't realistically feel that a season 3 will be...as effective as a movie would be. Have to say I was pretty surprised when Ayumu admitted to 'liking' Eu. He even made clear that he wasn't going to make the distinction between 'like' or 'love', nice job on the author there.

For the series as a whole, I.E the Of the Dead season 2, I would rate as a 9/10 - Very Good. This is because while plotline was skipped and there should definately have been other episodes, the series was definitely very entertaining and the characters, very well done, which is more than I can say for many anime. I would give the series a 10/10 if I could, however for that there would have needed to be more plot.

Here's to hoping that the movie/season3/announcement will confirm that we can look forward to alot more of Bayumu.

Hmmmm didn't watch ep 10 yet. But I would say this whole season had some laughs, but plot was non existent, Deen jumping around volumes like kid jumping on candies didn't help at all.
Best episode is of course Kyouko Return and her perfect voice acting stalking.

Mmmm I don't think there will be a movie. Maybe some ovas at best, the announcement will probably be a lot of smoke and no explosion.

Could DEEN do anything better

They have rapped so many shows (in the list above, many more below in the sales thread); at least wit KoreZonS2 they realized that there are no decent writers "for their financers' budget" in the market and focused on what "they can can pull out".

I thought they had already announced an episode 11 and 12 though, I don't see why they would put such a big effort on the 'this is not the end' by Eu and their website if they were just going to announce a couple of OVA's, I just don't see it. I have been disappointed before though

I feel oterwise, not because DEEN loves this franchise,but because ATM it is their best selling franchise.

Is Studio DEEN running out of budget?
Episode 10's animation is really bad, even for the standard of DEEN, there are many off models characters...
Anyway, Kore Wa Zombie of the Dead as a whole series is quite funny and are actually above my initial expectation, so 8.5/10.

Bad news. The "big announcement" was that of a Blu Ray box set of season 1. No season 3 for now.

So why wait 24 hours to tell us this? What was the point?
