Maybe it's just me, but aren't the last couple of posts a better fit for the existing Marimite Image Thread than this one? Stated aim of the Image thread being to post any nice Maria-sama ga Miteru art here, incl. parodies etc, as long as they're not to offending or spoiler-ish.

I have a question. In first vol. of Negima-manga there is a ball game between Negima's class and other all-girl class and they look like they are from MariMite, especially the main girl looks a lot like Sachiko. Coincidence or parody?

My deepest apologies for this act of necrophilia -- but I simply had to share a little something with fellow Marimite fans.

If you can, please watch episode 20 ("Otome no Arubamu" i.e. "A Maiden's Album") of Jigoku Shoujo Futakomori (i.e. Hell Girl Season 2) for some dark-hued parody. If you're unfamiliar with Jigoku Shoujo, fear not: you don't have to know anything other than its premise (which you can look up on Wikipedia) since the show is episodic.
