This series will consist of 15-minute short episodes. I suppose it'll be a warm-up act for what's to follow.

*restarts episode 1*

?!?!

What the hell the character designs. People watch this series for the cute characters, and... then this, huh.

That's not possible, episode one doesn't come out until April 9?

Kukuku... It seems I have spoiled the fact I am a time traveler...

On a serious note, there was an early broadcast somewhere.

Wow...this was really...cost effective?

There's getting around it. This looks pretty cheap and not great. What is the point of this short? Are they trying to be ironic? Let's have the worst drawn incarnations of these characters and put in a segment of two characters sunbathing as 'fanservice'.

The cast is still likable and honestly I had no issue with the concept for this series. They mostly split the episodes between the cast just fooling around and action anyways. I just wish they didn't try to make this look as cheap as possible. Better off just rewatching any of the previous seasons.

May be a gag work, but still doesn't slide with me. I think this's going to be one of the few series I don't give 3 eps for. And this is a real rarity tbh.

Kind of reminds me of the standard defense of bad movies. "It was never supposed to be good!"

I won't poke at it about the comedy since that is subjective. I will still say that I don't think it is as funny as the regular series. This still runs into the problem that they intentionally made a show that looks bad, I don't find funny, and is tossing a lot of the strong elements of the series out the window

Feels like a pretty easy skip. Sure if people enjoy it then go nuts. But a gag spinoff can be both funny and well made. This seems to be going for neither of those points.

That may be so, but there's nothing in here to consider or write about! I mean, I will watch this to laugh at everyone's misfortune, but that's it. Even the first OVA looks better than this.

Catching up, this is hilarious, even if it doesn't look that good. The Sanya masks/lamps are my favorite part so far.

Meanwhile, Lynne just wants to stay out of this insanity.

Good to see Yoshika is still Yoshika, and at this point we don't even need a set-up scene to know Sanya is there.
