If so, tearfest incoming. Besides, I wonder what else would happen now. Nagi has always been protected by Hayate, why ask for further more protection? IF she doesn't have the inheritance does that mean that she'd be safer a lot now than before? SO what will Hayate protect Nagi from now?

man but this spoiler destroys lots of relantionships for hayate..... like Hina wont be able to confess now becouse Nagi will lose her money so hayate will have to stay at her side.... the same goes for Athena
I personaly hoped that Hayate will express his feelings to Athena and she will free herself from that spirit from her own will..... like she has someone that loves her so she doesnt need that spirit.... yet nagi crushed everything now..... well maybe the gramps will overlook the situation becouse the rule was... - hayate cant lose the stone to someone else... yet nagi took it from hayate and destroyed it....so the money should go to herself :P:P (like if someone other would destroy it they would get the money..... but what if the mistress destroys the stone XD ) the rule did not imply this.... (if hayate would destroyt that stone than nagi would lose the money too) anyway I hope that nagi did not lose her money.... athena somehow regained herself after destroying that 1piece.... so this would live hayate released from that whole burden so all girls had chances to end with hayate... |

Well, in Hayate's eyes she did a humongous sacrifice by discarding the inheritance just for his feelings. She freed him from the torment of choosing a side, and also, she consequentially freed Athena from Midas (at least assuming), which in turn perhaps changed Hayate's way of looking at her? At least one thing is clear... Hayate is a really grateful person. After what she's done he cannot possibly leave her, regardless of his personal feelings. Maybe he'll just be more grateful to her, or perhaps he'll develop feelings for her? Would be about time... *sigh* We'll see... |

I can imagine Isumi being as sly as anyone after seeing that quite serious and oh so cute look back in previous chapters. As for gramps being a big troll, well nobody could tell if he was serious or not except Hata himself (heck, there might even be a chance that he doesn't know as well). He's a big prankster, but does it with some purpose, I guess that is to make Nagi stronger, to train her for future external threats of some sort if she becomes the helm at the Sanzenins.
