Seriously, this episode is too TERRIBLE! What the hell's with the animation? The dance is terrible. Also, they skipped and changed a lot of things from the manga which is very BAD! They can even change to story in the future. They skipped the funniest part in the manga which is how fat Aladdin and Alibaba have gotten after the time skip. They made Alibaba a big emofag in the anime. Many funny scenes were skipped. Like this

These scenes existed for a reason... after the "sad" ending of the last arc, they were supposed to cheer the readers up and lighten the mood, but nooo, anime adaptation decides to make Alibaba even denser with a "anime original" scene to explain why they went to Sindria. Completely unecessary.

Hell, I'm mad. Had such high expectations for this adaptation. Before I was just like "whatever, as long as it's fun, I can keep up with this" But now I'm dropping it.

Mor's dance was choppy, but otherwise, I liked this episode.....

and I totally forgot about how Alibaba and Aladdin got fat in Sindria

DOes anyone know who the Swordsman's actor was? He sounds like Hiroshi Kamiya...

Mor's dance was ruined thanks to poor animation. Argh... What a way to spoil such a nice moment. My sig look better than today's episode.

Else everything was still barely acceptable.

Morgiana's dance was really nice, but it just wasn't anywhere near as fluid as it needed to be. Not enough frames - as if it was a half finished version of something good. It felt as if they really skimped on the budget there, and it was a time when sub-par work would be really glaring.

I'm disappointed that they left out the gags, but I can accept it as a tool for cutting down the episode size and the animators not having to make plump!Aladdin and Alibaba designs.

So...yeah, the dance animation was a disappointment, but I think the worst thing by far was actually the dialogue from Aladdin and Alibaba in the scene where Morgiana asks for permission to fight alongside them (although Hiroshi may have a point about the snake, but I can't remember how that relates to the plot so can't comment on it). The anime added a lot of pep talk, and it made the scene into something cheesy and perhaps condescending.

Aladdin in the manga had just happily and instantly accepted Morgiana's decision without even seeming to realise she'd asked permission, but anime Aladdin, after already hearing what she said she wanted, asked her again to make sure what she really wanted, then told her she should do it, and said she didn't need to ask permission and was free to do as she chooses. And Alibaba, who initially gave the impression in the manga of feeling reluctant (out of modesty at the formal request, I'd guess) but then deciding it's a good idea...gave a pep talk in the anime too. "No need to hold yourself back! Just do what you want to do! Keep following your path." What is he, Morgiana's positive thinking coach? The anime writers made that overdone and annoying.

That's what you get when you compress 6 chapters into a single episode. Fat Alibaba and Aladdin are really hilarious, and it's a pity it's not included. Anyway, as others have echoed, the dance is quite disappointing. I was really looking forward to it.

I can see why Kougyoku & Morgiana is popular. Kou seem super evil and bad, but she has tsundere personality. Morg is a woman with little words, so anything that comes out of her or reaction = win!

Balbadd rebuilding.
The new characters look very interesting.
I like their powers, they're really strong.
Aladdin totally lost if with that girl LOL
The festival was nice and fun.
Exactly what they needed to relax.
The 8 generals looked cool. Can't wait to see them fight.

As an anime only watcher, I don't have much gripes about this episode. Except for the dance. I was looking forward to it ever since I saw it in the OP and it was quite a disappointment. Too choppy and oddly animated. It felt like they intended to go for something high quality and then gave up halfway. The result is very strange.

Morgiana still stole the episode. She was adorable.

ah was really put off by the animation this episode , was loving yamuraiha but can't get a good shot of her >.< and worse what did they do to morgiana's dance! they should havejust used the OP and extended it...
