Kallen has the same thick-head expession of the old figure, after all, at last in the anime the authors always showed her like a not very smart girl on purpose.

Ahh I see Shirley in some of these pictures! Is she getting a new figure too or just new artworks? The artwork is very nice, but a figure would be really nice to see too...

She might, otherwise they wouldn't have included her on the artwork. She will probably be in Vol.2 with Villetta

Hmm...different scupltor.

The beach kallen and c.c have not good proportions, too much little feet and c.c pose...is can work in the "pair" with Kallen, but alone seems a challenge against the gravity.

Instead C.C yutaka has more boobs, but a well proportioned body.

I actually kinda like the Banpresto Kallen, it's the C.C. I don't like. And the Yukata C.C. is very nice...one of the better sculpts of her, IMO.

But you know, I am actually getting quite tired of all the different releases of these two. There are quite enough Kallen and C.C. figures...now give us some Villetta, Cornelia and Rakshata figures, please! Some figures of the more secondary characters might be nice too...Inoue, Chiba, Nonette, Sayoko, Milly and the like.

Well, unfortunately, in Japan the merchandise is chosed by fans/customer request.

If only lelouch, c.c and kallen are in the list.......

In fact the private project like the garage kits born for this motivation.

There're resin statue for:

milly, anya, cecille....

I know, a decent skill with paint is necessary, but the cost of these models is very low:

I'm habit to make them.

I really do like the garage kits, especially Cecille and Villetta. Milly is just wrong...are those boobs or torpedos Also saw a Cornelia GK on Ebay that was very nice.

The problem with this option, for me is...I suck at painting. Would have to contract with somebody that had the skill level, which might make them just as expensive as the official figures, in the end

Yeah, but only those can be sold at a larger scale, while the demand for all the secondary characters are (probably) so low that the companies won't invest in making them.

I don't believe that there is less demand for some of these characters...the more secondary ones, yeah. But Cornelia and Villetta have fanbases just as large as Kallen and C.C.

As an example, any online retailers that stock these figures...the two different Villetta releases sold out VERY quickly, while various C.C. and Kallen releases can still be found quite easily at most online stores. So you can't really say that people won't buy anthing but Kallen and C.C.

I think that if manufacturers would just give it a chance, they would find that certain characters would sell just as well as C.C./Kallen.

Conversely, you could also argue that Kallen and C.C. merchandise tends to be made in greater numbers because the manufacturers have already calculated that they will continue to be in demand for a prolonged period of time. I would assume, merely as a guess, that outside of Lelouch and Suzaku (who almost certainly sell the most, period) the rest of the cast doesn't really move the same amount of merchandise units either.

I presume that Villetta releases may sell just as well in the short term but not necessarily in the long run. You'd think the retailers themselves already have this data.

Probably because the Viletta and Shirley figures were released in a limited number to begin with, while Kallen and C.C. tend to get a lot more pieces.

Hmm, I'm looking for an OST.
In the beginning of the OST, a spinett is being played. I've been looking for it for a long time now. Can't seem to find it.
It plays in ep 10 when around 13.15 (The 4 eyes attacks)

It would been nice to see Inoue, Chiba, Nonette, Sayoko, Milly, as well as Marianne as figurines and illustrations. However, none of these female characters ever got the sort of exposure in the anime to garner enough interest with increasing their respective fanservice base, which is quite sad. Especially Milly, who should have gotten as much fanservice as Kallen. However, because the story of Code Geass R2 was a re-telling of events from Season One, there wasn't enough time to properly develop the respective characters for Inoue, Chiba, Nonette, Sayoko, Milly. There wasn't much creativity among the marketing team to expand to the other secondary characters. When the producers re-told the story of the first season into Code Geass R2, the buildup of the secondary characters got lost.
