I just watched the subs and it seems my interpretation of Sakura's explanation on Neru-neru's OVERFREEZE is quite correct.

Nerval draws hydrogen and oxygen from the local parallel worlds and instantaneously creates ice so quickly that Leopard is brought to near absolute zero temperatures. At this instance, the extremely cold temperatures creates superconductivity and phase transitioning because the waveform of the particles have collapsed due to the loss of energy. Minus heat = reduction in energy = loss of particle vibration, particles become static and lose their waveform. The loss in waveform essentially a phase transition, which locks Leopard in a different space time, meaning he is locked into the space-time fabric, in a temporal stasis.

Sakura talks with sound effects and broken sentences, its really amazing if you understand Japanese lol. The 2ch people called Sakura's speech as Sakurago, literally Sakura language. Here is the full list of Sakurago I collected from post 172 of the Sakura thread there:

gyuppon puri puri = I think is nice curves lol = but basically means 'great', to describe the friends Mister Blackbelt has made, Itsuki and Honoka.

Sakura ga buririnshita = Sakura will buririn it = Sakura will fix and upgrade it

Hari hari furi furi = distortion of 'sashiburi' which means long time no see

Ron ron waaku da! = what she shouts to zoom in the tv

Neru-neru = Nerval

Funwari de kachin ga, goon nada. pika pika pubyuu = explained above in this post.

Mari mari wo yaji yaji shite manmaro ni = Use Absolute Breakthrough Control on the colony's sun reflection mirrors and point it at the moon.

Anyway Xanthippe is a sexy colony, but she didn't say anything about a son, StrikeS is totally off from what I'm hearing lol

That's because most of its charm is in its sound.

Sakura's outfit is uber cute.

Animal ears alone are not cute enough for her, and anyway Konota already got a pair.

The best thing about Sakura's 'alive' attire is if it stays a mystery. Sure it could be explained when you think about just how intelligent she is, and creating such a thing would be an easy task, though staying as a mystery just fits her character more.
