How was the scene where normally Haruhi was changing Mikuru into the maid outfit handled...the one where she has Kyon take pictures? Itsuki walks in on it and at least in the anime Kyon is trying to seperate Haruhi from her happiness that is feeling up Mikuru (Haruhi looks so happy).

Pink huh, while I favor white and light blue colors, I suppose pink is always an interesting choice. Although I don't recommend talking about others online. It's best to keep your real life separate from your online life after all. At least, that's how I feel.

Macho guys can get away with cross dressing. At my high school, there was this football player who once showed up to school in a dress. Nobody said a word about it to him.

Alright, so I've decided to start up an "Artwork Checklist". Essentially, a list of CG, sprites, and references to scene effects as they appear in each scene. Usually with a short description of what I imagine it to be like (which gives everyone a good chance to discuss the artistic direction of the VN. Obviously what I imagine a scene to be like isn't the same as everyone else).

If there's anything I'm missing, or doing wrong, please let me know.

Prologue

Event CG: Stars in the Water
The whole screen appears to be rippling water reflecting the night sky.

Event CG: Gray Classroom
An empty gray classroom. The windows are closed, and you can't see outside through them, by reflecting the room they seem nearly opaque. The view is from the front of the class looking back. Haruhi is standing at her desk, arms crossed, with a dour expression on her face.

Event CG: Class of Drones
Same scene, except now the class is filled with faceless "dummy" students, other then Haruhi and Kyon in the back. The classroom looks livelier in this CG then the previous. The lighting (seems) better.

Event CG: Yuki First Infodump
The scene from Melancholy where Yuki tells Kyon about the IDE.

Event CG: Mikuru First Infodump
The scene from Melancholy where Mikuru tells Kyon about time travellers.

Event CG: Itsuki First Infodump
The scene from Melancholy where Itsuki tells Kyon about espers.

Event CG: Placating God
The scene from Melancholy where Kyon kisses Haruhi in closed space. Kyon, Haruhi in foreground (not yet kissing), with the avatars fairly close in the background.

Background: Baseball Field
Just a baseball field background. I don't know if we'll need to use this more then once, but oh well. No sprites.

Event CG(?): CRACK
Some sort of crack happens here? Perhaps an animation of the scene previous actually cracking, or a cut to a black screen that smashes. Depends on what can be done with renpy I suppose.

Event CG: GREEN
Green field, darker green forest, teal sky, emerald sun. Everything is green. Tsuruya (?) is turning towards the viewer, with a bright smile. I sort of imagine her in a summer dress for this CG.

Event CG(?): Crack
Same as above

Event CG: Chess Piece
Kyon standing on a chessboard, as the “king”, looking fearfully up at a giant Hand of God reaching down for him. The background should be a grey haze, with only the hand, chessboard and pieces illuminated.

Event CG: Sand Cricket
The Sand Cricket from Melancholy, rearing it's ugly head.

Event CG: Dead Man
I assume this is the scene from Remote Island Syndrome where they first discover the body.

Event CG: EE – The Park
The scene from Endless Eights where Mikuru, Kyon, Itsuki and Nagato have gathered together because they've realized they're stuck in a time loop. Well, ¾ recognized it – Nagato already knew.

Event CG: EE – Stargazing
The scene from Endless Eights with Itsuki and Kyon discussing what to do about the time loop as Mikuru and Haruhi sleep, up on Nagato's apartment building roof.

From here on it'll quickly shuffle between the above cg in this order:

This will loop 5 times, although for the last loop we might want to do something different since it's going very quickly. Perhaps a video scene instead of a normal background, with the 14 transitions looping. The prologues got to pull them in, so all the neat eye-catchy stuff is good to use here.

God damn, this is art heavy. I count about 15 Event CG's here. The ripple at the beginning, the 13 that loop, and the Kyon-Haruhi scene at the end of Melancholy arc.

Kind of wondering why Kaisos discluded that in the loop?

You'll be waiting a long time, as Kai tries to avoid TV Tropes and I've given that site more than enough hits.
