Posting my expectation before the episode comes out: I have high hopes for this episode considering the cliffhanger & preview we got. I'm dying to see what happens next.

Also I'm calling it now, judging by the tone of the preview, I say someone will die this episode.

I'm really hoping we get a resolution of some sort on the Haruto/Shoko front. Make it or break it writers. I also hope they let us in on whatever it is X-Eins discovered.

I am expecting deaths of some sort. This may also be a stand out episode for Shoko being the fourth to last episode of the season (as a counter point to her declaring independence in the fourth episode of season 1). We shall see.

^Pretty much that. Yup, the HaruShoko dynamic is dragging. They're milking it too much. I also hope this season resolves it in one fell swoop, so that in the event another cour becomes a reality, we don't have Haruto thinking "Shoko, Shoko, Shoko" every five minutes.

I expect deaths this episode, I just hope it isn't only mob character deaths though. Kill a supporting cast member for a more dramatic effect. Also, the possible contrast/similarity to Shoko's episode 4 moment to now will be interesting to see. (Its highly possible considering Saki got two episode 10 wtfs)

Well, if you want to think about, they've had at least 1 named character supposedly die every episode since Episode 16 (though, thankfully, Saki was able to get up after her death), and of course there's the usual cannon fodder. So, yeah, someone else will probably die this episode too, though we'll have to see if that person can get back up afterwards or not.

I'm actually hoping we can get rid of more of the students. You know after Cain's attack and all the ones before it, you'd think we'd have gotten rid of more by now. Yet we can still see there's quite a few still left. All they do is fill up space, provide reactions, and devolve this back to it's school setting. It's about time they stepped away from the school setting now, they're really not students anymore. It's time to get rid of that high school crutch that Haruto's been using. When he changed back from his travel uniform to his school uniform, I felt we had taken a step backward and he really wants to just cling to bygone days. I know its heartless, but I hope that security blanket is ripped away from him. He need to grow up more. You need more than a student to found an empire.
