Haha, "Can you ass borders". I laughed alot reading that (I'm so mature).

I use Adobe ImageReady, comes free with Photoshop. Never used animation shop so I have no idea... : \

Sorry, dunno. I use Ulead GIF Animator so I can really be of help. Why not try getting a demo of Ulead or Image

Photoshop for the editing... Ulead for the gif configuring.

I don't mean to sound high and mighty. As you said your gifs aren't to good. They are very choppy, and upon inspection I noticed alot of double frames.

Here is your first one:

Here it is without double frames and slighty sped up:

Here is my version (sorta):

Notice how I cut out the Asuma. Seeing as it was only one frame of him and didn't show him doing anything it only ruined the flow of the gif. Also since the GIF doesn;t naturally loop well I added a fade in to make a cleaner loop. You can do a fade in like that, or be more creative like Shay and perhaps use a starwipe or something of the sort. Also adding a border makes the overall presentation neater and helps to reduce filesize.

Ulead gif animator and/or Photoshop image ready.

If you have photoshop image ready is a free programme that comes with it.
