Hello fellow OM readers/followers, I'm back with a new raw chapter update. Normally I'd do them on a weekly basis, but things kept me from being on this forum when I wished to. None the less, I will in fact continue to do my weekly updates now, so I hope that rl doesn't throw a wrench in my gears, but anything can happen...hopefully not. Okay. I'm back with the weekly Orange Marmalade raw update. Anyways...let's get to this.

Ahem:

Spoiler for 108:

The chapter starts off with a news report about the whole vampire issues, the public outbursts, and also people banning together to get rid of anything Vampire related (The vampire idols CD etc). Ma Ri and the rest of her family are deeply concerned, but Ma Ri however, is still trying to reassure herself that things will be okay despite it getting worse. Jae Min is outside Ma Ri's apartment and tries to call her, but hesitates and doesn't do anything (Seriously Jae Min...really

The next day Ma Ri's mothers asks if she will be okay to go to school. Ma Ri leaves and even on the train the fears and of the public still reaches her ears. Ma Ri catches a glimpse of Do Woo Mi and tries to start to her, but the later isn't responding or looking at her in anyway. Ma Ri checks to see what's wrong and Do Woo Mi slaps her hand in fear and disgust and runs away from her. Ma Ri heart and confidence shatters considerably and starts to wonder what else could go wrong.

Now at the school, the blonde and the rest of the crowd gather around something that's attracting attention. We now go to a flashback where the blonde is enjoying the chaos that Ma Ri is enduring (That fucking bitch!) and sees Chae Rin with bloodpacks and wonders what's going on. Ma Ri enters the school and sees what the confusion is (despite it growing in magnitude) and sees the poster with her and the band member with blood smeared on it, and an arrow indicating her... as a vampire (I think, Korean still sucks). The crowd looks at Ma Ri suspiciously and if it's not heartbreaking around, she starts to break emotionally. With hardly sense of life or hope in this situation, this chapter is put to a close.

It really pains me to see Ma Ri having to go through all of this. With friends straying from her and the vampire hate getting worse, you really can't help but want to cheer and root for her hoping she'll overcome this. Do Woo Mi and Chae rin, the true definition of "todays friends are tomorrows enemies". I expected better from those two, but now... this just really sickens me. Some friends those two are. Ma Ri - I'm right behind you.

Still, wouldn't it be shocking in the story that who ever happened to killed that female wasn't a Vampire but instead of a human who had intense rage against Vampires?

Anyways...

I read that in the earlier chapters that the culprit was a released criminal, but his crimes are being committed brutally in a sense that using vampires as a scapegoat are a shoe in to get away with them. The methods look extreme, but they're disturbingly effective since... well I'm sure you can tell by what's going on.

Alright! I'm back with the weekly OM raw update. I couldn't do it last week due to net issues, as always. None the less, let's get started! Before I forget chapters 108 to 109 have been scanlated and released. So if you haven't read those chapters you won't be able to understand this update I'm about to share. Here's a look of the chapter I'm about to write about if you're interested..

Spoiler for Chapter 110 Raw:

The chapter starts off with Chae Rin actually admitting that she was the one who vandalized the posters exposing Ma Ri as a vampire, and for the mess on her desk, plus that really awful message. Blaming Ma Ri for getting in her way of her romance with Si Hoo, she starts lambasting and chastising her and pretty much showing that she shows no remorse or sympathy for the pain and misery that she's caused to Ma Ri. Now that the school populous is aware of Ma Ri's identity, Chae Rin just leaves Ma Ri with a tinge of spite and walks away. With another betrayal and a friend turning on her, more of the light that she had in eyes continues to dwindle and wonders what she should do now.

Now on to the class room. The chaos and rumors about Ma Ri still intensifies. Ah Ra is still wondering about the bloodpacks that were in Ma Ri's locker earlier. Do Woo Mi is still in a state of fear and shock, and as if on cue, Ma Ri enters the class room and an awkward silence fills the air.

Jae Min rushes to the class room where Ma Ri is and sees her seated on her desk going through her bag. Her classmates expresses their fears and concerns much to the latter having to hear them. One of the female classmates starts to interrogate her if the rumors about her are true or not. Ma Ri gets up from her seat and tell them "I'm a vampire" or "Yes it's true" (remember my Korean is not the greatest.) to the entire class and the people in the hallways bearing witness to the scene. With shocked expressions from Jae Min, Ah Ra, Do Woo Mi, and the rest of her peers, the light that was dwindling from Ma Ri's eyes have returned showing she's possibly resolute(?) now. With her stance being made firm, the chapter comes to a close!

"Sighs" Wow! All this unneeded chaos and drama being brought down on a sweet girl who's done nothing wrong because of one guy. "Claps weakly" Bravo, redhead, bravo.

That red hair bitch is just stupid as fuck!

. And the worse thing is she knows that Ma Ri is innocent and this did what she did all because of one... "sighs" let's just wrapped this up before I start ranting to the point where mods start deleting my posts etc.

So there you have it. The whole school now knows that Ma Ri is a vampire, so the real question is: what will she do from here on out and what will happen now that her identity had been made clear. I don't expect Jae Min to step in and rescue her due to him playing the "wuss card" and Ah Ra (the bitch blonde) has no obligation to help her, plus Do Woo Mi pretty much ditched her. So until someone speaks up for her, I guess Ma Ri's on her own and I think she made that clear at the end of this chapter.

Don't worry Ma Ri, I'm right behind you. Dwarven Vow #4: Don't depend on others, walks on your own two legs!

That's this weeks update and I can't wait for the next one.

I must say that I am disappointed how everyone thinks that Jae-min is asshole for what he did to Ma Ri, yes he did something wrong but people forget that Ma Ri was overcoming her trauma half of the story and people DEMAND Jae-min to overcome his trauma instantly, people really have double standards, she just re-opened his old wounds, he really has a REASON to hate vampires: from his perspective it looks like vampire stolen everything from him, his whole family, also reason why he was physically/emotionally abused. his father side of family hates him and for his mother her vampire boyfriend was more important then her son(she would rather never see her son then risk exposing her boyfriend as vampire). He never really had any good experiances with vampires.

I don't understand why people can't accept him having trauma as big if not BIGGER then the trauma Ma Ri had, also I VERY disappointed how author is making him overcome his trauma, its like GUYS don't have right to have trauma

The issue with Jae Min is he saw them as monsters who take things from people (his mother), and never took the time to understand them like her mothers has. It's to be expected since her mom up and left him, and made him feel abandoned, and he suffered greatly because of it. The problem with him was that he never took the time to learn and have the patience to learn why her mother did was she did, but instead played cold war with her and blamed the latters spouse for his misfortune. However, when he learned that Ma Ri was a vampire he took out his disgust and frustrations how on her when it's obvious she wasn't in the wrong, except hiding the fact that she was a vampire from him longer than she needed to. It's to be expected why he cruelly and wrongfully labeled her, but when she learned of his disgust towards her kind she was hesitant to tell him the truth about herself, with good reason.

1. To keep the guy she loved happy and to continue being with him
2. She didn't want to live with the fact that the boy she loved hated vampires, which in turn the former is in fact one.

So in fact Ma Ri didn't open his old wounds. It's true that he suffered because of vampires, but Ma Ri had nothing to do with it nor did she wanted to hurt him in anyway. Ma Ri was used as a means for Jae Min to play the victim and take out his frustrations. It's understandable in some instances, but in most cases wrong.

Think about it: Ma Ri's case is different because she is in all purposes a vampire, a hated existence, while Jae Min is a human with a grudge (formerly as of currently) against them. Ma Ri is in a far severe situation than the latter, and as of now it seems like she's starting to stand on her own feet against the persecution that her kind suffers. Sure Jae Min was a victim, but his method of dealing with it at first wasn't of good consequence not for Ma Ri, but for himself as well. He's grown up for sure now but he needs to prove himself again, which I hope in turn that he does, but he's in the wuss phase, sadly so this may take awhile.

Speaking of which, chapter 110 has been scanlated and released!

Remind me how long it taken her to overcome her problem with humans ? only reason why it happen in the first place was the fact that she was attracted to his blood and because he kept nagging her.
Because she kept it hidden he stoped trusting her,it was because of trauma since his mother lied to him because of her vampire boyfriend, so to him vampires are connected to lies, and Ma Ri only reinforced that image of vampires even if it was by accident .

Difference between them is that she known from the beginning what she is getting into: falling for human even though she had bad experiances with humans on the other hand he had NO idea who he fallen for, she was facing her trauma for MANY chapters and was overcoming them slowly, while it was FIRST time he had to face his trauma with her and its START of overcoming of trauma for him, thats why he didn't try to know them better until now,Ma Ri also didn't TRY to know humans better until she was forced by situation with Jae-min.

Lets also not forget that his trauma is probably BIGGER, she at least had family who loved her while he had NO ONE, and was abused because of his family choices.

Lets look at opposite situation what would happen if she had really hated humans and fallen in love with vampire and later found out that he is actually human ? EXACTLY same thing would happen as happen with him.

If he did, it's kind of childish since the series is hosted totally for free to begin with. Though I'll cut that train of thought there since I don't want to start that kind of debate.

Honestly the series seemed like it was moving to a conclusion soon anyway. Most of the potential conflicts were almost gone now with Jaemin getting over his vampire hatred and now the parent meeting. There really wasn't much else to consider, there was no way it was ever going to get to a "vampires are completely accepted in society, yay!" conclusion.

Non surprisingly, the other students start expressing their fears, concerns, and disgust about the situation. Ah Ra however seems to be enjoying this and using the chaos to put Ma Ri into an uncomfortable position (That little bitch!). Ma Ri walks up to Do Woo Mi, but slaps Ma Ri's hand out of fear and runs out the classroom afraid causing the former to feel perplexed and hurt. While in the hallway the rumors and chaos continues to weigh down on Ma Ri as she ponders what will happen next. She and Jae Min run into each other and because of the fear of the students, and him not saying anything, Ma Ri just takes her leave away from the scene. While leaving the school. Ma Ri spots Chae Rin and asks what's happening. Rin however was strangely silent, but becomes oddly cheerful in mere moments. She tells Ma Ri that she's okay and not to worry then takes her leave, but Ma Ri still wonders if something is up with her. Chae Rin walks around the school and sees the poster of Ma Ri and her friends ready to perform in the festival. She goes to Ma Ri's(?) locker and sees a pack full of pigs blood and looks at it with an cold expressionless look (This can't be good.) On the school's roof, Do Woo Mi is still hugging herself in fear. Reasons is because during a previous night while walking home or whatever; she spots Chae Rin and Hi Soo, however, she saw Hi Soo drinking blood from her and the teeth mark wounds are visibly seen. With the image still stuck in her mind, her fears and doubts still continue to be visible. With that the chapter ends with a dark grim look on Do Woo Mi's face. Poor Ma Ri it seems like she's slowly losing allies by the looks of it I get the feeling that Chae Rin is going to expose Ma Ri, but I hope that isn't the case. However, one thing's for sure: things are likely to get worse.... much, much worse! Phew, I did. Another week and another update to be made. With her stance being made firm, the chapter comes to a close! "Sighs" Wow! All this unneeded chaos and drama being brought down on a sweet girl who's done nothing wrong because of one guy. "Claps weakly" Bravo, redhead, bravo. That red hair bitch is just stupid as fuck!. And the worse thing is she knows that Ma Ri is innocent and this did what she did all because of one... "sighs" let's just wrapped this up before I start ranting to the point where mods start deleting my posts etc. So there you have it. The whole school now knows that Ma Ri is a vampire, so the real question is: what will she do from here on out and what will happen now that her identity had been made clear. I don't expect Jae Min to step in and rescue her due to him playing the "wuss card" and Ah Ra (the bitch blonde) has no obligation to help her, plus Do Woo Mi pretty much ditched her. So until someone speaks up for her, I guess Ma Ri's on her own and I think she made that clear at the end of this chapter. Don't worry Ma Ri, I'm right behind you. Culaio Senior Member Join Date: Nov 2009	I must say that I am disappointed how everyone thinks that Jae-min is asshole for what he did to Ma Ri, yes he did something wrong but people forget that Ma Ri was overcoming her trauma half of the story and people DEMAND Jae-min to overcome his trauma instantly, people really have double standards, she just re-opened his old wounds, he really has a REASON to hate vampires: from his perspective it looks like vampire stolen everything from him, his whole family, also reason why he was physically/emotionally abused. his father side of family hates him and for his mother her vampire boyfriend was more important then her son(she would rather never see her son then risk exposing her boyfriend as vampire). He never really had any good experiances with vampires. I don't understand why people can't accept him having trauma as big if not BIGGER then the trauma Ma Ri had, also I VERY disappointed how author is making him overcome his trauma, its like GUYS don't have right to have trauma
