Given the particles it give off is red, so it's safe to assume it's the same type of GN drive as the one that was in the Thrones.

I meant was the suit developed by the blocs or whomever is giving them the drives? If it's the former, it doesn't seem likely.

With the release of the Throne Eins Turbulenz, I would think it's safe to say that we might see more of that particular suit and the pilot later on, assuming it doesn't get smashed in a time skip between the first and second season (assuming there is a time skip at all.)

It definitely looks more "complete" versus its original configuration.

I'm sure no one is surprised at the hazardous nature of GN particles. I bet everyone let out a collective "Cancer" when they were first mentioned in the series.

It's only mentioned that they can't do a "Regeneration Treatment" on Louise due to the nature of GN Particles. So I assume that the particles killed off all the cells on her left hand. Nothing about terminal illness.

Okay. So next week are they going to tell her that her dog that she'd had since it was a puppy died of a heart attack?

That would imply that skin is good enough for protection against GN particules would it not? On the other hand, she was underneath a stone slab, so GN particles are stopped by skin, but not stopped by stone?

It's not like her injuries were caused by the blast. Only the debris.

I believe that the "Regneration Treatment" mention here is akin to the Stem Cell Treatment of today. Now imagine how bad things are if Stem Cell treatment isn't even remotely possible.

How bad her injury is you mean? I wasn't aware that Stem Cells were used in treatments yet. Certainly haven't heard that they're as miraculous as some claim they may be.

Of course, I suppose the bottom line is that they're kicking Louise while she's down.

Hmm just speculation, but wouldn't this mean that GN Particles is poisonous to humans/life and this might actually cause the three power blocs to come together when they realise that the long term effects of the GN Drives/Gundams is the death of all life on Earth?

Might this be the true plan of Celestial Being? Use the pretense of war intervention to spread GN Particles across the planet, kill all life on Earth, and force humanity's emigration to the stars?
