For one thing, why did they pick Louise out of the hundreds of people maimed and killed for the past 19 Episodes to mentioned the effects of the GN Particles on the biology of humans ? And why of all times now ?

It's seems that they choose to mention this just to emphasis on the state of Louise and Saji.

Not necessarily. The particles may only be harmful to open wounds. Besides, its harmfulness could just be a side effect of the Trinity's "false" GN Drives.

Did anyone stop n think where the 3 sides r gonna recharge their suits after the drives r spent?

The drivers probably need an outside source to supply power to generate the energy but the 3 blocs already have the solar towers to do it.

Besides, wouldn't the Thrones have the same issue too?

they can resupply on their ship or probaly their base on earth but the 3 sides just got their hands on the new units so it will take time to build a working rechargable source. by then them suits will be outa power. the thornes had access to most of the cb technology so y would they have that problem?

It doesn't say he's in Japan... More likely Kinue's the one going to him (or someone close to him to get a lead) rather than the other way around.

Where it's mentioned that Kinue and Chris will die ? Or the long 26 parter where it's first mention that Kinue will be killed by Ali ? I believe the longer 26 parter is the one that first mentioned that Kinue will will get killed by Ali in a Car.

There would be no reason he would be looking for Setsuna. All he knows that the Gundam pilot is one of the Kurdish kids: he has no name, face, or location to work with and that still wouldn't explain why he would kill Kinue. He would have no reason to kill someone who might be able to impart information about the Gundams. Rather, he would want the information, but murder wouldn't really solve that.

They may not need an outside source to recharge. The Tau engine might be able to recharge itself. It depends on what they mean by running out of energy. For all we know the Tau engine might provide low-level constant energy and the "recharge" time is simply waiting for it's capacitors or batteries to fill up again.
